    1 /5 Gerardo Avila: Will gladly take your car but will not work on it. Brought my e92 here in 7th of February of 2024 for break work, oil change, and some sensors. It is now June the 28th and never received a call to be updated for work being completed. Called various times: first was told car would be completed in 5 days were waiting for parts. Called one week later reception told me they taking care of a few vehicles before mine (no big issue). Weeks pass by and I call them for an update and was told their facility was broken into 2 weeks prior a few stolen cars and my keys were also stolen. Was never given a call to inform me about the break-in (to their defense they got me a replacement key) told them to cease work on the vehicle so I could pick it up. They decided to complete smaller jobs in order to bill me because I get a call the next day saying it would be ready in two days and they found a few issues. Three weeks later I get calls that the work is finally complete (no oil change) I make my way to their facility and have to wait 30+minutes because no one is in reception. My vehicle was left out so long that a minor scratch is now a large portion of chipped paint. I believe in professional courtesy so Ill conclude this with this is only my experience at this repair facility.

I really appreciate Rob’s honest attitude and very knowledgeable work. I had tried another local shop before finding German Auto Service. The other place put in inferior parts which caused me to replace them 50K miles after. If you have a BMW, take it here!

    1 /5 Ike Odimgbe: I dont know about everybody else but Ive been to the shop twice and both were bad experiences. My last experience being the worst. I gave him my 3 series to fix and waited about 8 months for my car. The first two months I called at the end of every week to see if they had even looked at my car. Every time I would call I would get the same excuse from them that they will look into it. After the second month they had told me that they would call me once they had looked at my vehicle. I didnt hear from them for literally 6 months. On the last month I decided to just get my car back from them at this point because obviously they werent doing anything. I scheduled a tow truck to get my car and I pulled up to their shop and I was absolutely right. My car was still sitting there. Same spot, untouched. I entered the shop to get my keys. Once I asked my keys he could not find them. HE ACTUALLY HAD LOST MY KEYS. His excuse was that they had a burglary in the past and they could have taken my keys. So I asked " If you guys had a burglary, why wasnt I contacted after the burglary?". He could not come up with a reason. I didnt believe his words. Him was for sure this man was lying to me. I was extremely furious and he asked me if I still wanted him to look at my car. I couldnt believe that he had the audacity to even ask that after holding my car for so long, I immediately told him no. Im still currently dealing with him on getting a brand new key for my vehicle. According to him he has tried ordering a brand new key for my vehicle from Critz but says that the keys are on back orders. Guys, this has been going on for 2 and 1/2 months now. Last month he told me that hes going to call a friend to see if he can make a key for me. Im on the verge of suing this man. He will not touch my bimmers ever again. The worst service that Ive ever experienced in Savannah, honestly.

    Sarah J. Zeigler: Zero stars. Do not ever use this business. They charge an additional $100 fee for "same-day" service--they are a mobile mechanic who I called in an emergency, and the "same-day" service I received was a dude showing up around 10:00 pm with a friend in the passenger seat, no tools to do a diagnostic and no way to complete any repairs. On the phone, I was told that they would be able to fix my car the same day. The "mechanic" did not take my door panel off to inspect the broken window; he just looked at it and said he couldnt do anything because shops were closed and he didnt bring any tools to do a diagnostic. So he spent 30 minutes shoving cardboard into the window frame, and sent the company "confirmation" photos of HIS car. He drives a Honda and I drive a Hyundai; the pictures they sent as "proof" were not even my car. No diagnosis was performed. Service was terrible, overpriced, unprofessional, unreliable, and they still refuse to return my money. Save yourself the trouble. Stay away from this shady company and contact a real mechanic. This is an LLC doing business out of Virginia, if you can call it that.

The owner tightened and correctly torqued all my wheels. I offered to pay him but he said I didnt owe him anything. Nice guy and honest mechanic who wont nickel and dime you.
