5 /5 victoria Stafford: The customer service provided by Brandon and Luke and the outstanding skill of Luis of Valiants Automotive went above and beyond my expectations. I previously had not so good and one very bad experience with this industry. Amazingly - the entire team at Valiants gained my absolute trust. beyond a doubt - they are the best. It took longer to complete my repairs due to parts availability and shipping issue and I thought - oh no - here we go -another nightmare. But- because of the honesty and integrity of Ethan and his team at Valiants I can tell you they are unmatched to any of many service providers I have encountered. Hands down you can’t go wrong at Valiants.

1 /5 Keanah McClendon: This repair pal shop recommended through Carmax has had my vehicle since July 1. They will not communicate with me about whats going on with my vehicle. Today is July 23 and I still dont have my vehicle and they give me the run around whenever I call to check the status. Ive been dealing with this shop since the purchase of my vehicle in 2022. I never had a problem David was awesome now that he is gone its terrible. People who are hired to answer the phones dont know how to communicate at all.

5 /5 Spencer Kehrt: Brought my car to them to get my suspension issues fixed. They did it in a very timely manner and also found other issues with my car, that Subaru didnt fix after my accident. I will be being my car back to them for further installations/ repairs. They have great customer service, are very friendly. Logan Ethan and Brandon are the goats.

5 /5 Katrina Link: Was recommended this spot by streets and sons and they didnt disappoint. They were able to get my WRX in the same day when I wanted a STI wing installed. They are super polite and fast working. They are also military friendly and they work off payment plans so I hear. They also have good prices on rims and bucket seats in shop.

5 /5 Christy West: Valiants did a great job on my SUV! I brought it for investigation of a squeak in the brakes and an oil change while I was visiting the area recently. David communicated efficiently and accurately regarding my appointment and the status of my car throughout the day, and Luis (?) was happy to show me just what work he had done and why. Although the repair was quite a bit more than I was expecting, I cant complain about finally needing new brakes at nearly 180K miles! The car drives better than before and the repairs were completed on time despite having to do more work than was initially expected. I was visiting the area on this roadtrip for a severe unexpected illness in my family, and it was really great to have this one thing go according to plan and feel taken care of. While I dont expect to be back in the area any time soon, if I were local they would definitely have earned my repeat business! The good reviews are well earned. Thanks, guys. :)
