From the moment I brought my car in, I felt like I was in good hands after being taken advantage of and lied to at the Audi Dealership and turned down by every other auto shop in Savannah saying they wouldn’t touch my car. Carma had outstanding customer service from the moment they called me back first thing in the morning then blew me away with the information they were able to give me just over the phone. The team was incredibly honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I work extremely hard to pay for my vehicle and I feel my money was very well spent.     1 /5 Devin Smith: I dropped my vehicle off here for an issue with a rough idle and thanks to Heather and Chris we were able to figure it out. She runs beautifully now. Thank you guys so much for your help. My issue is not with you two but with the shop as a whole. My vehicle was damaged at this shop and no one returns phone calls or anything after saying they were going to fix the issue. I just want my car fixed. If I wrecked your car at my shop wouldn’t you just want it fixed. She says little scratch but also broke both of my headlights and knocked the brakes out of place for the bumper. I moved and was told to find a shop. I did so and when I sent the invoice was given the run around. It’s not just a scratch and it shouldn’t matter how long you spent repairing a vehicle, you broke something so it’s your job to fix it.

    Wanda Christopher: **Zero Stars - Unprofessional and Scammy Experience** I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with auto-sport a repair shop that failed to deliver on its promises. We entrusted them with our vehicle for repairs, only to be left with a huge inconvenience and financial loss. Despite paying for the services, the shop failed to perform any work on our car. We were left without our vehicle for an unacceptable two months, during which time we were unable to use it for daily activities. To make matters worse, the shop was consistently closed when we attempted to contact them, leaving us with no way to resolve the issue. After exhausting all avenues, we were forced to have our vehicle towed to a reputable repair shop, where the necessary work was finally completed. However, auto-sport owner (KYLE) has refused to refund our payment, despite their clear failure to provide the agreed-upon services. Our experience with Autosport (KYLE) has been nothing short of appalling. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when considering this shop for any repair work. **DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS** I give autosport a well-deserved zero-star rating. Their actions are a clear indication of a scam, and I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others.

    Sam Koo: Highly recommend Autobahn Service Center for any type of service for your German vehicle. They are honest, trustworthy, keep their word, fairly priced and extremely knowledgeable. We brought our Mercedes Benz all the way from Statesboro to here to get reliable service and so glad we did. They kept the appointment time and had a lift reserved for us so that they were able to take us right away. Which is much appreciated coming from an hour away. Thank you Rebecca and Mr. Dietmar for such excellent service!

I then waited and waited for the internet to catch up. I suggested they get a faster internet connection ini which she said it was not the internet. My buddy suggested I stop by there. I previously had not so good and one very bad experience with this industry. Amazingly - the entire team at Valiants gained my absolute trust. beyond a doubt - they are the best. It took longer to complete my repairs due to parts availability and shipping issue and I thought - oh no - here we go -another nightmare. But- because of the honesty and integrity of Ethan and his team at Valiants I can tell you they are unmatched to any of many service providers I have encountered. Hands down you can’t go wrong at Valiants.

    Thomas: I recently got a used civic as my daily and wanted to get a regular mechanic to maintain it regularly and with care. Zach is the most straightforward and honest mechanic I’ve met. He’s super easy to talk to and get to know. His work is done on time and he communicates everything he does. He also tries to save your wallet when possible and gives you a priority list to follow in terms of what needs work first. He also does great discounts for students, military, etc! Just got my struts replaced at a reasonable price and I feel much safer on the road now with my new to me daily. He’s an experienced, retired military jet engine technician so he knows his stuff and won’t upsell you on things that don’t exist/you don’t need! Support small businesses and give Zach a call! I’m very lucky to have found this shop!
