    1 /5 Rosalyn Bartley: WARNING ā€¼ļø Do Not take your care here I have taken 2 vehicles here and had the same experience having to bring the vehicle back not 1 time but 3 times for the same problem my last experience April-July 2025 my warranty company pd them $1900 along with myself paying $1100 only to now have the same issues within 2 months time Once I complained took the vehicle back I now have Cadillac Converter issue and my Transmission slipping I had none of these issues before coming here at this point I canā€™t tell if they were fixing it or causing more problems in order to keep me bringing it back!! They over price their parts and charge excessive fees on top of the repairs. Justin was soooo helpful and the only one to trust with your estimates!! They cause problems they know your warranty will cover so that you will hopefully bring it back has been my experience!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
    5 /5 Brandy Huckleberry: Very nice staff, quick and affordable services. Have been a loyal customer for a few years after they serviced my previous car. A different shop claimed they fixed my alignment, charged me $300 for it. Didnt feel right. Came here. They said the alignment couldnt be fixed because the suspension was beyond repair. I respect the honesty and integrity of Victory Car Care.

    5 /5 Leah Engberg: We went on vacation to Tybee island, when we were prepared to head home our truck broke down. We had the truck towed to Victory car care and let me just say that I wasnā€™t even with the vehicle the entire time and they took care of me, and my truck! I had previously taken my truck to other shops with no luck, and since I have bought the vehicle my engine light remained on. I received many texts keeping me posted on what was happening with my vehicle up until the point it was ready for pick up. When I came to get the truck Shannon was there and was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and made me feel welcome. When I got in my truck to leave for home I realized that my engine light was OFF! And the truck runs almost brand new! THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY VEHICLE! You guys are the best!!!

Everything is just easier here than itā€™s ever been other places. Great communication, and very trustworthy! They do their best to get to you as fast as possible and understand your situation. Iā€™ve also never been ā€œsurprisedā€ by any extra charge/expense here which canā€™t be said about some other spots. Highly recommend!

    Jenesh Patel: Rob and his crew at RMS did a great job swapping out the midpipe on my car. They took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but they seem to be insanely busy. Even for how busy they were their customer service was amazing overall! They missed a few things and offered to take care of it free of charge whenever I could come in again which truly shows their dedication to their customer base. Definitely will be utilizing RMS for any major services and future modifications I canā€™t handle on my own.

    maggie: I have been taking my car here to get serviced since the day I started driving. Kelly Frick has always owned and operated this location and I have never had an issue. I always trusted him with my car, my time, and my money. Today, I brought my vehicle in and sat down to wait. During this time, I watched 2 customers bring their car in after mine, asked for the same service, and left before my car was ready. Even when my car was pulled to the front, I sat and waited another 15 minutes before I was able to be checked out and leave. Upon further inspection, all of the awards they have been given over the years have been removed from the walls and Mr. Frickā€™s name is nowhere to be found. I can only assume that he no longer owns this location and therefore I will no longer be receiving the same type of service that I did in the past. I gave two stars because I was treated well and happy with the service, but it was not a great feeling to watch all the friends of the new owner get in and out in half the time I did.

The owner followed up on my repair promptly and didnt forget about me. His staff was very professional and friendly. He was honest and fair unlike a lot of my mechanic repair shop visits. My Dad was a mechanic and I appreciate his honesty even more. I highly recommend this repair shop. Finding an amazing mechanic is rare.

    Ginger Solberg: I am posting this on my momā€˜s account because I donā€™t have Gmail account. I put a 3 inch lift kit on a new tundra myself, and I was having some issues adjusting the alignment. I brought the truck up here and explained what I had done. They took it that day and got the alignment fixed and I decided to go ahead and buy it a new set of larger tires because they gave me a really good price. They stayed an hour after closing Time and the mechanic explained to me exactly how he adjusted The caster and camber on the alignment and why he did that, and he also was showing me how the tread pattern affected it. They spent a lot of extra time with me and they couldā€™ve easily just told me to come back tomorrow because I knew I needed the truck so I appreciated that.

Scrupulously honest and very helpful and you canā€™t beat their prices on top of all that! If you have a child going to college in the Savannah area, you need to have Sanderlinā€™s as their go-to resource for service and repair. You will rest easy at night knowing they will be well cared for. I was visiting my daughter from way out of town and needed an emergency repair. They not only did the work right away, they charged me less for the entire job than a simple diagnostic fee would have been at home. These are GOOD PEOPLE. Billy even gave me his personal cell phone number to give to my daughter in case she ever needed a tow or repair or both. Donā€™t waste Your time with other service centers or dealerships. You want real mechanics and honest service, not over priced parts changers like you get at a dealership. Go to Sanderlinā€™s.
