5 /5 Courtney Soudelier: I had an amazing first experience at Luxe nail salon today! I had a complicating request, wanting long nails and bringing three different pictures asking for a mixture of nails from all three pictures. My nail tech was extremely patient. Listen to all of my concerns and made sure I got everything that I wanted on my nails. They also took extremely good care of my daughter when she got her nails done and they are absolutely gorgeous. This establishment was astonishingly clean, staff was constantly cleaning up my entire visit. I also received a cute little care package when I left, including hand lotion, body cream, and a cuticle oil. I absolutely loved being in there, it was very bright and very peaceful. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this to anyone looking to try a new nail place.

5 /5 Kaytlin Germany: My experience here was great. I got the Jelly pedicure which was the best I had ever had overall the nail shops i have been too. The hot neck pillow was top tier. I also got the gel x nails with a design which turned out good as well. I also got an eyebrow wax. They have a wireless charger on the massage chairs and offer complimentary beverages. Everything here was wonderful, including the customer service. I will definitely be back!!!

1 /5 Tritney Coleman: My first time going here was 2 days ago. The place is very nice, such a great vibe and its very pretty. However, it was the quickest pedicure Ive ever received thinking they did a great job and now I realized they pretty much rushed through the process. First I chose my color which was a yellow, I told the tech I did not like it and asked if she would change it. She ignored me and continued talking with the other tech. So, I just said whatever Ill change the color next time as long as they looked nice I was cool. During painting she messed up on my big toe and she peeled it off a little then painted over it. Everything seemed to look fine for the moment. The next day I woke up the polished had smeared over to the side touching my skin and was peeling off. I went back and asked them to fix it and also advised of the color issue. They saw the problem and fixed it with np & also allowed me to changed the color. Instead of the guy talking the polish completely off and starting over on each toe he painted on top of the old color. I left with my toes looking a hot mess paint on my skin etc. because I did not want to cause any confrontation. Later that night my toes because to bubble and get lumpy and uneven so basically I wasted my money all around cause there is no satisfactory in the situation. I simply will not be going back.

2 /5 T Jazsmine (Jaz): At this time this is a relatively new nail salon in the area and I decided to try it. I want in there was my boyfriend and is was around lunch time so I knew they was busy but the lady closes to the front door asked me what I wanted and I told her and checked in. it was a clean and nice store and all I wanted was full glitter nails which I had before from a different shop and I asked for coffin shape and long nail but it turned in to one of the worst experiences from a nail salon I’ve ever had. Jolie was the one who did my nails and she was nice but she kept asking me for the shape and color of my nails and they still wasn’t right even after I told them soo. Jolie and another lady made me get up and show them the color which was just sliver glitter top coat and then talked to me like I didn’t know what I wanted nor how it gets done. I even told them if they couldn’t do it to do a different color and the was laughing and talking to me like I didn’t know what to do. Jolie was very rushed and rough and my nails aren’t how I wanted them.I get looked at as someone very young and If they treated me like this lord knows what they treat actually young people. The first pics are what they did and the last one is from a different nail salon but I asked for the same thing

5 /5 Heather Stacy: Tina is amazing with manicure and phenomenal with design. She also so gentle with my daughter manicure and pedicure! We def will come back again! I had Zoe for pedicure and she is awesome since she likes take her time cleaning your nails and cuticles as well! We def will be back!
