1 /5 Ashleigh Suess: This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The technician I had spent barely any time actually massaging my feet or using the hot stones. I felt like she was rushing the entire time. She was already trying to get another customer in a chair for her when she hadn’t even started on painting my toes yet. If you want a quick service but not get what you pay for this is the place to go.

3 /5 chelsea smith: I just stopped by US nails this afternoon because the location that I frequent is closed on Mondays. This location has a large assortment of colors which is great however, I just wanted a basic manicure with white nail polish. The lady I sat with tried to pressure me into getting a more expensive manicure/product even though I declined several times. I dont think that I will be returning to this location my manicure was, for lack of better words, lazy. Please see pictures for reference. What I found hard to capture in my photos was the nail polish layers that were inconsistent. You can see where the first coat was applied and where the second coat was applied and lastly where the clear coat was applied in different locations with no consistency and without covering the entire nail. I was left with dead skin around my nail beds and dry hands. They offer a hand massage which is pretty standard for most nail salons however mine lasted a whopping 45 seconds with a smidge of bath & body works lotion. I was asked to pay before services were finished which personally bugs me because I am unable to see the final product before deciding on a tip for the manicurist. I just was not very pleased with the services provided.

1 /5 Shayla Ford: These are the ugliest most embarrassing nails I’ve ever had in my life. I literally cried in the salon, while paying for them, and while in the car. Look at this! Mishaps, bulky application, bubbles, scratches, etc. you name it and it’s wrong on this set. I kept asking questions about the application because it was super bulky; and the lady told me it was because of the temperature in the salon the liquid was too hot. Everyone else seemed to have a good experience but I was NOT so lucky. Even during the application I asked the lady about why it was so thick! Looked like I had Little Rock’s on my finger nails. She put so much product on my right thumb nail that it started to burn REALLY bad. I still had to pay 45$ even after telling the lady I was not happy and that they were unlike able. I will literally never return here. Embarrassing and completely ruined my day, and holiday weekend.

5 /5 Charlotte McGee: Jimmy and Lisa have been doing my nails and toes for nearly 2 decades. Great products are used, always happy with the work they do and they are the sweetest people on the planet. If you don’t know, now ya do!

5 /5 Caitlin Brantley: Always so relaxing and so peaceful.. I’ve only had to wait here once in the past few years I’ve been coming here. Never a long wait if any and top notch services! I’ll never go to another salon again as long as they’re open!
