1 /5 Nicole Austin: I was in there Friday April 25th. I showed a picture of how I wanted my haircut to look like I didnt get any where near what I ask for. It is actually a bowl cut with a few layers on one side. For one she never wet my hair she dry cut it which is never good. When I ask for the original owners that I have been going to for years and they said they wasnt there anymore I should have known not to go there. I will never stepback in there again the atmosphere is no where near what it was. You would have thought you was walking into a great clips.

Dina Gainey: Brought my 11 year old in today for a mommy daughter afternoon. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They jokes around with her and made her feel very comfortable. We showed a picture of the matching nails we wanted and they look better than the inspiration picture. Definitely my new nail shop!

Crystal Frasier: I walked into this nail salon on April 18, 2025 and was greeted right away and asked what I wanted done. I told them and the nail tech I got was Nick. I told nick to be careful with my pinky finger nail because I almost ripped it off and he fixed it before we got started. I was in shock how well he took take of my nail. He did an amazing job on the shape and color I chose. I will becoming back for sure!! Thank You Nick and Salon

Samantha S: Terrible experience. It doesn’t matter how you tell them you want your dogs cut, they shave them no matter what. When you communicate your dissatisfaction, they seem annoyed and argue with you. I had to send my dog back twice just to get his ears right. They also failed to put back his collar on and not even a courtesy call to let me know. After reading some of the 1 star reviews, it’s pretty apparent that they’re not even trying to improve their service, they simply respond to bad reviews with “I’m sorry but we cannot find you in our system as ever used our services” I have very much been there multiple times and every time it has been a disappointment. Unfortunately, the options in this town are extremely limited.

I will be back to see Kevin for certain. Prompt service when I got there and they asked if I was pleased when I went to pay. Hard to find that these days!

E Williams: Although my nails were done perfect. After a few days my finger started hurting. I went to the urgent care due to my hand being in so much pain. They explained to me that I had an infection in my nail. I’ve been soaking it in epsom salt w/warm water and currently taking an antibiotic. I will not be returning here. Word of advice…clean your tools before doing a clients nails.
