1 /5 Samantha S: Terrible experience. It doesn’t matter how you tell them you want your dogs cut, they shave them no matter what. When you communicate your dissatisfaction, they seem annoyed and argue with you. I had to send my dog back twice just to get his ears right. They also failed to put back his collar on and not even a courtesy call to let me know. After reading some of the 1 star reviews, it’s pretty apparent that they’re not even trying to improve their service, they simply respond to bad reviews with “I’m sorry but we cannot find you in our system as ever used our services” I have very much been there multiple times and every time it has been a disappointment. Unfortunately, the options in this town are extremely limited.

5 /5 Wesley Coffee: Today is the third time we’ve used the Groom Room. Sydney does such a great job on my boys! They even went into the shop today without trying to leave as fast! Hahaha. Thank you for taking such good care of them, for having great hours and for making them look so handsome!

1 /5 Mick Rodemeyer: So you tell the lady at the desk what you want. Show her a picture of the exact cut (actually him cut at another groomer in a different state) and leave. Then she hands your dog off to the actual groomer without any direction or description, of what you just told her you would like of your dog. Doesnt matter what the dogs hair looks like they are always "matted and need shaved." We maintain our boys with baths and grooming between hair cuts. Theyre schnoodles, they arent ever matted. Then when you show up to pickup your dog they bring out your boy (ONLY AFTER YOU OAY DO THEY BRING THE DOG OUT) and immediately get upset about what they did. She takes him back for corrections. He comes out again still wrong. Ask to speak to the actual groomer after getting the corrections wrong twice. The groomer comes out of the cave, you show the groomer the pic you showed the receptionist and the groomer says "Ooohhhhh" like she had NO IDEA what you actually wanted. Then when you try to bring your other dog in because you now believe theyve got an understanding of what you want and there arent any other options around they dont answer your calls. You then call from your work phone (different number) and they dont have time for you. Theyd obviously blocked the personal number. This is the saddest excuse for a groomer Ive ever experienced. The owner needs to get ahold of her staff to create an understanding that theyre not just shaving dogs how they want. They need to execute the wishes of the pet parents. They need to communicate at a much higher level. They need to scrub it all and start from scratch. Weve been here multiple times. I wouldnt even pull in the parking lot to turn around to go somewhere else. Horrible service. Horrible care. Update. Just stopped to get the collar. Asked why I had to call a week later to see if it was there. At first she lied and said she called. Then she lied and said she didn’t notice it was there. Then she point to a basket FULL of collars not put back on the dog after being groomed. I asked why she doesn’t call the numbers on the tags of the basket full of collars. And I quote “Most of the numbers are probably disconnected.” Unbelievable how incompetent these people are. If you’re missing a collar of your dog that has been to The Groom Room. It’s probably in the basket in the corner.

5 /5 TRENT WILLIAMS: Best grooming job ever on my little 125 Girl. Elly May left the Groom Room feeling like the Queen that she is. Now she is relaxing on her couch with no shedding, and only her shiny coat, thanks to the Groom Room Staff. Elly can not wait for her next visit, to be pampered.
