5 /5 Jodi Stubbs: A lovely, cozy local eatery. Food is served cafeteria style, but theres PLENTY to choose from, including desserts! Everything was delicious, and our server even offered to heat our pecan pie and top it with ice cream. Looking forward to visiting again! A small business definitely worth supporting!

5 /5 Brian Sapp: I waited 300 miles all day to have some southern cooking and The Oil Lamp served it up right! It’s cafeteria style and being a Yankee I was overwhelmed with the choices. I went with the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turnips, black eyed peas, and pecan pie. It was all really good. And the price was about what you’d pay for dinner somewhere else. The young ladies running the counter and serving the tables were very pleasant and helpful! We were driving to Florida from Indiana and I found this on the map. Glad we made the choice to stop.
