I dont ever do it. The lady was sweet as can be and delivered exactly what I wanted. I didnt know how to hold my hand in the light for the gel and I messed up one finger. The wonderful lady fixed that too!

The man in charge was there at time the taller guy done them the wife of him knew my nails was not right instead of showing him how she left him conutine when I tried to tell him while he was messing them up she was right there i know she knows better than that more disappointed in her than him. Not good business I went to another place they thought I done them myself didnt believe a nail place would let me leave like that. This place did. I spend about 140 nails and feet. I really feel they own me a nail job but the only one that could touch my nails would be man that sits 1st table. That tall guy needs more training. The lady is good at nails but has no customer service skills and should not be in charge when man steps out.

Shaday M.: The pedicure was good but the polish got messed up on the big toe after I walked out due to how the napkin was folded. I came back to get a soak off since I had to leave to make another appointment. I waited 57 mins and as far as I got was to sit at a station but no one actually did anything to my nails. Only after I got up and started walking out did they decide to pay attention to me. I guess since my service wasnt going to cost much I wasnt as high of a priority. This is the first and last time I will visit. I hate that I wasted my time.

She’s fun to talk to, but she also is wonderful with your nails. She was not too hard on my feet for the pedicure, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. She also talked me through the differences in different kinds of manicures (sns vs. gel) and helped me find a polish color that looks fantastic with my skin tone. I highly recommend booking a nail appointment with her! Just make sure to book at least a week or two in advance so you can find an appointment on the day/time that you need because she fills up very quickly.
