Exquisite Nails - Warner Robins (GA)

1 /5 E Williams: Although my nails were done perfect. After a few days my finger started hurting. I went to the urgent care due to my hand being in so much pain. They explained to me that I had an infection in my nail. I’ve been soaking it in epsom salt w/warm water and currently taking an antibiotic. I will not be returning here. Word of advice…clean your tools before doing a clients nails.

5 /5 Kiana Curry: Love the service here ! My nails are neat and pretty! Tim is definitely my go to tech. His customer service as well as his work speak volumes. I’m not sure of the woman’s name who did my daughter and niece’s nails, but she did great and was so kind. The girls enjoyed themselves.

1 /5 Skylar Woodruff: Needed a reminder of why I don’t go to exquisite nails. I was cut and then the nail tech kept running over the cut with a file. I wanted to go ahead and just take off my nails from a previous time but of course no was not taken for an answer so I had the uneven nails and you can definitely see the bubbles and scrapes in my nail. Also asked for same color on both my hands and feet and they were not doing that so I asked if I could get the right color and the woman tried to argue with me, and then the other nail tech. It sucks because you work hard for your money and want to relax but this was far from relaxing and I won’t be back.

2 /5 Deanna: I got a pedicure done here yesterday. It was my first ever pedicure and I am 90% sure they took advantage of that. I walked in and said I’d never had it done before and wanted a manicure and pedicure and asked if they took walk-ins. They walked me right over to a chair for pedicure. The guy shoved a menu in my face but only let me look at these two pages so I thought they were my only options. He kept pushing me to the one on the left. It was $60. I thought okay that seems a bit expensive but I don’t know what it should cost. I also got gel polish done. So an hour later, when I think I’m going to get the manicure portion, he rushes me out and is waiting at the checkout and I see a total of $85. That is crazy! But I just accepted it and tipped 20% anyway, not wanting to know how much it would’ve cost to add a manicure. I also noticed my receipt said just “additional charge”. So I have NO clue what I paid for. That is really not cool to do to customers. I also looked at my toes more closely when I get home and that’s when I saw how sloppily done they were. And he cut off way more of a couple of my nails than he should’ve making them look uneven and weird. I could have done a better job myself and i already do when I do my own nails at home. Overall, felt like a scam and a ripoff :(

5 /5 Amber Neville: I’m unsure of the lady’s name who did my feet but she did an incredible job! I absolutely love the color. My feet and toes look amazing. Jordan did my nails yesterday and the last time I was in. Jordan does a phenomenal job each time. Her attention to detail is amazing. I may have to start requesting her. She’s wonderful.
