1 /5 Kim Bellamy: If I could give a 0 star I would… came in today to get my nails and feet done. My feet was done perfectly then they handed me off to savannah which I think is a new person because I have never seen her there before my nails were done so horribly that I cried when I got to the car!!! They are so thick and the polish are so messed up that I’m currently taking them off and it’s so hard to do so because of how thick they are!!! I will never come back to this place which is sad because I used to love this place !!!!!!!!!! I’m so upset with my nails this is why I hate coming to nail shops because you never know what you are going to get!!!!

5 /5 rylie giles: Jenny was great! I made an appointment for 2:45 but I came in about 1 1/2 hours early and they got me right in. I got an acrylic overlay on my toenails with powder color and she did an amazing job!

5 /5 Alyce Pugh: Always wonderful service. The staff is always amazing to work with and are great with my 9 year old daughter. The one time I had a problem (a nail broke off a few days after getting them done), I came in and they fixed it for me. Havent had any issues since. Absolutely love this place!

1 /5 Akiyah Garrett: I went into genji nails yesterday evening around 6:00PM mind you they close at 7:00PM. When I entered it was only one other person getting their toes done and 4 other workers sitting around. I asked for a full set and eyebrow . The lady starts on my nails and she’s taking her time. 7pm comes and everyone is walking out with their belongings I guess she was so ready to go that she started to rush on my nails and i ended up not getting my eyebrows done because she was ready to go. I paid $50 for this to start peeling . Do better

Alexis Cliett: My experience was nothing but AMAZING!!!! The staff were very friendly. Whatever need I had, they met it. Definitely a 10/10!!! The stylist BIANCA was VERY PROFESSIONAL! Even when my schedule doesn’t match with hers, she ALWAYS finds a way to fit me in. When I have to cancel, she understands. When she has stuff that comes up, I UNDERSTAND!!!! The best with locs and any other style.

The man in charge was there at time the taller guy done them the wife of him knew my nails was not right instead of showing him how she left him conutine when I tried to tell him while he was messing them up she was right there i know she knows better than that more disappointed in her than him. Not good business I went to another place they thought I done them myself didnt believe a nail place would let me leave like that. This place did. I spend about 140 nails and feet. I really feel they own me a nail job but the only one that could touch my nails would be man that sits 1st table. That tall guy needs more training. The lady is good at nails but has no customer service skills and should not be in charge when man steps out.

Shaday M.: The pedicure was good but the polish got messed up on the big toe after I walked out due to how the napkin was folded. I came back to get a soak off since I had to leave to make another appointment. I waited 57 mins and as far as I got was to sit at a station but no one actually did anything to my nails. Only after I got up and started walking out did they decide to pay attention to me. I guess since my service wasnt going to cost much I wasnt as high of a priority. This is the first and last time I will visit. I hate that I wasted my time.

Emily Wilbourn: I LOVED my experience today!! This was hands down my favorite experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Blane is so friendly and warm. She’s fun to talk to, but she also is wonderful with your nails. She was not too hard on my feet for the pedicure, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. She also talked me through the differences in different kinds of manicures (sns vs. gel) and helped me find a polish color that looks fantastic with my skin tone. I highly recommend booking a nail appointment with her! Just make sure to book at least a week or two in advance so you can find an appointment on the day/time that you need because she fills up very quickly.
