Crystal Frasier I walked into this nail salon on April 18, 2025 and was greeted right away and asked what I wanted done. I told them and the nail tech I got was Nick. I told nick to be careful with my pinky finger nail because I almost ripped it off and he fixed it before we got started. I was in shock how well he took take of my nail. He did an amazing job on the shape and color I chose. I will becoming back for sure!! Thank You Nick and Salon

Vishnupriya NB The service is good, and the staff very friendly. The seats are sanitized after each use. I had gone in thinking I will get an ombre, but I didnt know it was SNS and changed my mind. I am not giving 5 stars because I had communicated to the nail tech that I am changing my mind, I didnt want SNS, and to do just the regular french manicure. I repeatedly asked if I was being clear, and said no SNS about 3 times. He said he understood. But I still ended up getting SNS and had to pay way more than my original budget in mind. I was distressed as I am a student and I cant really afford it. But I have to still say the service was good. I will go there again, but make extra sure they understand what I say!

Toccara Glover Henderson I had a few massages with Massage Therapist Patrice at Bamboo Nails & Spa and I was really impressed. Patrice has a great intuitive sense and was able to pinpoint my specific pain points and areas of tension, particularly in my back and shoulders. The massage was deeply relaxing. I felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed afterwards. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional massage experience.

Dina Gainey Brought my 11 year old in today for a mommy daughter afternoon. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They jokes around with her and made her feel very comfortable. We showed a picture of the matching nails we wanted and they look better than the inspiration picture. Definitely my new nail shop!

Grace Egan Ben did an amazing job on this set. He was very meticulous and made sure I was happy with the results. The salon is clean and calm, staff was nice and accommodating. Definitely book an appointment!

Monica Hodge From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were welcomed and veru comfortable! David did a phenomenal job on my daughters nails. She showed him a picture of what she wanted and it turned out way better than the picture! Katie took my nails from a rounded square to the perfect short almond shape and did the cutest design! They are so welcoming, friendly, and very cost friendly! Definitely give Diamond Nails Salon a try and theyll become your favorite spot!

Pressure Goddess I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve had David as my nail tech an let me tell you HE’S AWESOME!!! The WHOLE STAFF is AWESOME & FRIENDLY. This salon is very WELCOMING & the ACCOMMODATIONS are better than an other salons I’ve been to in the area. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Nicole Austin I was in there Friday April 25th. I showed a picture of how I wanted my haircut to look like I didnt get any where near what I ask for. It is actually a bowl cut with a few layers on one side. For one she never wet my hair she dry cut it which is never good. When I ask for the original owners that I have been going to for years and they said they wasnt there anymore I should have known not to go there. I will never stepback in there again the atmosphere is no where near what it was. You would have thought you was walking into a great clips.

Olivia Sexton For a very reasonable price, I got a beautiful wolf cut, and money piece done!! She did everything I asked for. I’m very happy with my results!

Dunn Gwen (Gwennie) Pranee was very nice and as she cut my sons hair, she checked with him to see how he wanted it. Then she swiped my card with her card reader n we were done. The place is huge on the inside but dont look big from outside. Love the wall of crosses!

Kayla Duke The owner of this business, Pranee did my hair. I asked for blonde highlights for my hair to be cut right above my shoulders. When she took the foils out in the sink, she stated that it wasn’t as blonde as I wanted it. It was yellow! She also added black stripes when she told me it was going to be a light brown to break the blonde up some. She started cutting my hair with scissors. She never used a comb or brush while cutting it. I left with wet hair because all she knew what to do was to add mousse to curl it. I went home and straightened it. That’s when I could see how bad the cut was. Nothing was evenly cut. It was so choppy. When I called back the next day to explain it, she argued with me saying that it was fine. She finally told me she would give me my money back and to come at 12. I went at 12 and was told that she wasn’t there. The other person working there looked at my hair and said it wasn’t bad, and was very rude. I left and called Pranee, and she said that she could fix it or give me some money back. I went back later that day and she only gave me $50 back, I paid $100! Hopefully others will see this so they won’t make the mistake I did.

Eileen Bertsch I went to Pranee’s shop today and she spent 3-4 hours on my hair! She took her time to make sure that it was the right Colors and did exactly what i asked for. It turned out so beautiful that i received many compliments on it!! Thank you Pranee. You arę the best!!!!!

Rolanda Felder I have mixed reviews. Most of the times I have gone and have gotten great service. My last visit service was good but my nail polish did not last 24 hours. I got a regular manicure on my natural nails. Yes I chose regular polish. The very next day ever finger nail had chipped polish. I called two days layer just to inform them. No one answered the phone. I called several times with no response. My pedicure was great because I got gel nails. I chose regular polish for my hands for a reason but I did not expect the polish to be chipped in 24 hours.

Cash is amazing with design, and has an eye for detail. I love talking with her. I love Juji and I am so happy this is my neighborhood salon.

Tom did my nails and he did exactly what I was asking. He was very patient and did what he was needed to do. Nancy did an amazing job on my toes. I definitely recommend to go to Tom. crystal reyes Terrible decision to go to this salon. Everyone working looked as though they just rolled out of bed, and came in their wrinkly pajamas. There was hair everywhere (we were the first clients of the day) when we walked in. Stylists dropped combs and then picked them up and used them on their clients, dirty work stations covered in hair from past clients. I showed pictures and gave verbal directions of what I wanted. I explained to Heather that I’ve been growing my hair out for 6 years and did NOT want all over blonde, just around the face. I was left with patchy brassy highlights, lines from the foil placement, and an uneven (the right side is 2” shorter) poorly executed haircut (no sections-just handfuls of hair roughly combed then hacked into), and almost completely blonde. After $160 here, I now have to find someone to correct the damage done. She didnt even bother to rinse all of the powdered lightener from my face/ear/side of head. Upon waking up this morning, I also now have a chemical cut from Heather overlapping lightener.

Ive had too many bad experiences in the past but I know sitting in her chair my hair is going to come out amazing. She is also super friendly and so easy to talk with makes the whole experience awesome! I would give this place a million stars if I was able too!!

Ashleigh Suess This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The technician I had spent barely any time actually massaging my feet or using the hot stones. I felt like she was rushing the entire time. She was already trying to get another customer in a chair for her when she hadn’t even started on painting my toes yet. If you want a quick service but not get what you pay for this is the place to go.

chelsea smith I just stopped by US nails this afternoon because the location that I frequent is closed on Mondays. This location has a large assortment of colors which is great however, I just wanted a basic manicure with white nail polish. The lady I sat with tried to pressure me into getting a more expensive manicure/product even though I declined several times. I dont think that I will be returning to this location my manicure was, for lack of better words, lazy. Please see pictures for reference. What I found hard to capture in my photos was the nail polish layers that were inconsistent. You can see where the first coat was applied and where the second coat was applied and lastly where the clear coat was applied in different locations with no consistency and without covering the entire nail. I was left with dead skin around my nail beds and dry hands. They offer a hand massage which is pretty standard for most nail salons however mine lasted a whopping 45 seconds with a smidge of bath & body works lotion. I was asked to pay before services were finished which personally bugs me because I am unable to see the final product before deciding on a tip for the manicurist. I just was not very pleased with the services provided.

Shayla Ford These are the ugliest most embarrassing nails I’ve ever had in my life. I literally cried in the salon, while paying for them, and while in the car. Look at this! Mishaps, bulky application, bubbles, scratches, etc. you name it and it’s wrong on this set. I kept asking questions about the application because it was super bulky; and the lady told me it was because of the temperature in the salon the liquid was too hot. Everyone else seemed to have a good experience but I was NOT so lucky. Even during the application I asked the lady about why it was so thick! Looked like I had Little Rock’s on my finger nails. She put so much product on my right thumb nail that it started to burn REALLY bad. I still had to pay 45$ even after telling the lady I was not happy and that they were unlike able. I will literally never return here. Embarrassing and completely ruined my day, and holiday weekend.

Shae Hill I love this place so much,The nail tech Tom always does my nails so good,And Gina does my lashes great! I definitely recommend anyone to come here. They both are Sweet,Nice and take good care of you. Whatever you need done they will do it for you! This the place to come. Definitely gets 5 stars.
