Donna Cochran Nice relaxing manicure. Clean. They offer a variety of services at rational prices. The massage chairs are really nice. Just one step up on the pedicure menu gets a wonderful massage for your feet. I will definitely come back.

Jeremy Johnson I took my fiancée here after she received a poor nail job elsewhere. We could not have been more impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. It’s her new favorite nail place! They definitely found themselves a repeat customer!

McKenna Joseph I went in with my 3 year old daughter and she was very nervous & shy but they were so kind and patient! They offered her a treat and were very sweet. I got a gel manicure & pedicure, and they did great clean work even with a toddler on my lap as well. My daughter just got regular polish manicure. Our total was $70 for everything.

Amy Burkholder I just had the best pedicure!! Tina does an incredible job and is leveling up the experience at Tulip Nails. She is offering loyalty points and specials on certain days of the week too. Call ahead if you dont want to wait. You wont regret it!

Diana Melman Walked in having only a vague idea of wanting something summery and Jessica surprised me with a delicious design. The nails are not too thick but also always hold up to the test of time. I love my nails consistently great every time and the team are always nice and friendly. They not only remember names but what was done before. The personal touch and care are so nice.

L D I went in to get a pedicure & manicure done before my girls trip. They were very nice and were mindful of my time. My nails are still strong 2 weeks after. Definitely coming back. They renamed the store and are in the same complex of Sai market and peach tree doctors

I have had Holly do my nails for years now, so naturally I followed her here! Tina and Holly work their magic and I always walk away with beautiful nails every time. Highly recommend!

Syeda Bano My mom and I went in for pedicures and they did an amazing job. Once we entered we were given water and were seated right away. The ladies that did our pedicures were really nice and thorough with their work. They were really nice and maintained conversations with us and the ladies made sure we were comfortable with water temperature and made sure we liked the nail colors after they painted our nails. I would definitely recommend again and be back!

Sineé Hicks Did my gel set really fast and beautiful too. I love them so much. The place looks amazing. They offer soda and wine to the guests. Up to date with nail styles and whats in. Definitely recommend.

Resha Saini I have been going to cumming nails and spa from two years and so far I used to like them untill last time. I went for pedicure and sns nails and to my surprise all the sns powder came off my nails within a week.

Salem Voyles I’ve been going here every few weeks for a couple of months now and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Today, I got my favorite set done by Rachel and I am OBSESSED with how they turned out. She free handed all of the designs and the butterfly stickers were the perfect touch! I’m always excited to go and can’t wait to see what they’ll do next.

Zara Shaikh I recently had a really terrible experience at another salon and was looking for a new one. This one was close to my house so I decided to try it out. I went today and was seated immediately and got the best service I have ever had at a nail salon. Their prices were very reasonable, my nails were $55 and im happy to say that they were worth every penny!

John M Absolute worst service ever received. Did not honor appointment time, people were rude and unprofessional. I paid for my mom and sister to be able to get their nails done, it was my present to them. Imagine my surprise when they came home with my mom not having hers done as Noir Nail bar is incapable of honoring appointment times. My Christmas present was ruined thinks to the unprofessional manner in which this place does business. They told my mom we took the walk in because they had already waited 40 minutes, great way to lose the business of regular clients. You honor your appointments first not some random off the street.

Leynn Scott Awesome friendly perfect attention to detail did exactly what my daughter asked for prom we even made an appointment in advance and was leery because of several reviews written the appointment worked out perfectly they were pretty busy but took us immediately even before our appointment time sometimes bad reviews unfortunately are written by a bunch of privileged Karen’s not getting their way our appointment and service exceeded beyond traditional customer service very nice respectful manager and staff thanks again we will be back

Ines Ahn The new management is super nice, professional and detail oriented!! Very affordable too. They did french nails in FULL sns dip powder properly (other salons near here do a sns base and GEL french and then charge me double). Love how my french nails turned out~ ♡ Their instagram also has tons of designs (@jc.nail.spa_cumming). Check them out! Definitely will come again.

M L Absolutely wonderful customer service! I also let them know I was super picky. They were absolutely accommodating and took extra care in making sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this salon to everyone, it has been the best experience I’ve personally ever had and I’ve visited many nail salons before, leaving unhappy from them and never returning. This will be my new go to spot forever! 100% satisfied and 10 star rating ⭐️

Shina Resenson They did an amazing job, very nice surroundings and employees. My first time getting French tips and it was a great and relaxing experience. As well the new owners have added a 20% off discount on any service for a little while which was excellent for me. Would definitely go again!

Ashley Levinge 5/2/25- I did have an issues with my last service her 2 weeks ago but the owner reached out to me to fix the issue. This place really is great. Add on-- 4 weeks in and my SNS nails are just starting to lift. They have been perfect this whole time and I have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely continue going here. My first visit to this salon was yesterday. They were so welcoming and friendly. Especially the owner. They did an amazing job on my nails using a picture I provided. They also did my 2 daughters nails and they were perfect. I will definitely be returning here.

NRC T This place is average. The pedicure was disappointing, barely massaged and hardly used any lotion for moisturizing but they are the cheapest around and thats prob why. The S&S was pretty sloppy leaving nail color polish on my fingers and rough edges.

Jim Drennen A month ago was my first time there and had an excellent pedicure… this month (this morning) was not good. Tech was more interested in her phone. Not a good cleaning out of dead skin, not good massage, not good at painting toes. I will not be going back and would request a refund! (Mrs Drennen). I did give a tip only because she did do a job.

M. Williams This Nail Salon makes you feel like family! Other Nail Salons that I’ve been to in the area aren’t as friendly nor as accommodating. Tracy does my nails & she is excellent with: acrylics, SNS, Nail Art like 3D & more. Anna does my pedicure & she gives a great foot & leg massage; I love going here; you won’t be disappointed.

Avery Hendrickson Everyone here is amazing! Anna really takes her time and pays attention to detail. Also, their prices are a bit cheaper compared to other salons in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised after it being my first visit. I 100% recommend!

Kate Velardo Summer and her team are amazing. I have tried 7 nail salons since moving to the area in 2022 and this is the one. I have finally found my place. What makes The Nail Lab stand out? - The people. Everybody is kind, caring, courteous and genuine. There is a warmth here you don’t find many places. - The vibe of the salon. This is not your walk-in churn and burn sort of salon. This is the sort of place where you come to relax and feel good about the next hour or so that you will be there. - Online booking is SO easy. I love an online booking system. Appointments are mandatory I believe, but I could be wrong. At the very least they are preferred. - The Talent. The. Talent. Visit their Instagram page and you will see. If you are looking for a color. They have it. A technique. They can do it. So in addition to being really nice people, they are super talented as well. Do not expect this to be a $25 gel manicure. You will pay for the service you get and you will get your moneys worth. -Speaking of moneys worth. I get gel builder manicures which are $45-50 without design but they last 4 weeks. I am only getting my nails done once a month and that’s only bc of growth. They last and last with no chips or issues. - Cleanliness. Say no more. You will not have to worry about any grossness here. Summer has built something really special here. Nicole Whiteman I’ve gone to just about every nail salon in cumming over the last 10 years and this is hands down the best one. They offer builder gel which is far better for your nail health and look natural. I’m so happy I found The Nail Lab. I saw Chloe for my manicure.

Kara Anderson Always clean and wonderful and reasonably priced services. Vicky and Emily are my dream team! Love this salon! My kids regularly come with me and we are always treated like celebrity guests. Any nail art my daughter asks for as always delivered to perfection! Wonderful wonderful salon!

Heather Knobbe My daughter and I enjoyed our experience getting pedicures and acrylics with nail art for our upcoming Disney trip. We went early on a Sunday and got right in, price was fair and I received a discount for using cash. After we went home, my daughter took a shower at 8 pm and a large hunk of her nail art on her thumb came off (only hours after getting it done). We came on a Sunday because we did not have time to go later in the week, closer to the trip. I now worry if her nails are even going to last the week, let alone at Disney, and even though we will be there, she is going with a school choir for competition so if her nails fall apart we will not be allowed to get her and taker her to have them fixed. We really liked the facility and the people, but I’m not sure if we will be back as I expect nails to last longer than a few hours.

Elizabeth Leeder Andy was SO awesome doing my manicure. I got sns nails and he did the shape so perfect!! He was so nice and the experience was awesome, 1000/10 recommend! I also got a pedicure and that was amazing as well.

I had a great experience here, the staff is enthusiastic, they are very thoughtful and meticulous in their manicures, I requested to have my nails done for Halloween and it was really beautiful, the space is clean, airy, the people The massage was very powerful and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely visit this shop again in the future.
