Southern Bliss Salon - Perry crystal reyes: Terrible decision to go to this salon. Everyone working looked as though they just rolled out of bed, and came in their wrinkly pajamas. There was hair everywhere (we were the first clients of the day) when we walked in. Stylists dropped combs and then picked them up and used them on their clients, dirty work stations covered in hair from past clients.
I showed pictures and gave verbal directions of what I wanted. I explained to Heather that I’ve been growing my hair out for 6 years and did NOT want all over blonde, just around the face. I was left with patchy brassy highlights, lines from the foil placement, and an uneven (the right side is 2” shorter) poorly executed haircut (no sections-just handfuls of hair roughly combed then hacked into), and almost completely blonde. After $160 here, I now have to find someone to correct the damage done. She didnt even bother to rinse all of the powdered lightener from my face/ear/side of head. Upon waking up this morning, I also now have a chemical cut from Heather overlapping lightener.
