1 /5 Tina Hulett: I gave this place another chance, after not coming for a few years. And it was a mistake. I went for a pedicure this weekend and it was a total embarrassment from the time I sat down until I paid for my service. Nail tech asked about my design on my toes and laughed, she proceeded to talk to another nail tech about the design who then came over and laughed as well. I was not the only one in the salon and this was not professional, and a total embarrassment to say the least! It was all I could do to keep from walking out. When I went to pay part of my service with a gift certificate I received as a gift from Christmas I pretty much was accused of it already being used because it had a small rip in the middle. The man at the salon took the gift certificate and showed it to another lady who was with a customer. I explained it had tore some from being in my wallet. I was made to feel like I was being dishonest. Their customer service was the reason I left before and it seems like whoever took over this time is worse than the previous owners. I will NOT be back and I will not recommend anyone else this nail salon either!
