1 /5 Jessi West: The reason for the 1 start is purely bc of the customer service here. I’ve been going here religiously twice a month for two years. I spend 100$ or more every trip. I’m always really patient and tip well. Well, today I tried to use the 20% off coupon I earned by being a frequent customer and was told they no longer honor the 20%. I told them that was really unprofessional, that I earned it based on the card guidelines on a card they gave me & the gentlemen behind the counter laughed in my face and said “it’s gonna be okay!” And continued laughing. I wasn’t sure he heard me correctly so I repeated myself and he literally just continued laughing in my face. I will be taking my business to somewhere more professional. And to think, I was just in discussions with Lena, one of the nail techs, about scheduling my entire bridal party to have their nails done here next month. They can forget it. I’ll be taking my annual 1200$+ to another nail salon.
