When I picked it up, he explained what he did and actually showed me the engine parts (old ones that he replaced and the new that he put in). As long as Sam is in the Atlanta area, he will be the only one that I trust to touch my car!! And he was very fair with his price. I am very grateful!

5 /5 Campbell Success: Honestly, its very rare for me to write a review but I want to share my experience here. Mr. Sam is more than a truthful & gifted mechanic. If you prefer a mechanic that you can trust and is willing to make you feel comfortable by providing you with the best services its no need to look any further. The best mechanic Ive ever encountered he knows exactly what hes doing and he does it very well. Hes a beautiful man that stands by his word. Im so happy that Mr. Duncan referred me to him they are both great men that you can count on. Forever grateful for the support during what appeared to be a nightmare. If you need a mechanic that is talented and professional hes your guy!! ❤️

5 /5 Deontray Tarver: SAM is a great mechanic with a great personality. He has top tier professionalism. My starter went out and he did not waste any time to get to it. I live out of town and had to test my luck and trust him to repair my car without even meeting him first due to me leaving for work. He made sure he was very consistent with updates about my car and did not do anything to my car until he knew that I was okay with it. He also answered every phone call and every question that I had for him. When I made it back to Atlanta he educated me about my car (for what was done and what was needed)before I left his shop. The next day he gave me a follow up call to make sure that everything was working well for me. Overall, great experience and he is now my go-to mechanic. Highly recommended!

Now I have to pay extra for someone else to do the job and i had to but the water shield. Brake replacement was also bad. I wont recommend the place. Technician: Aaqil.

My low tire pressure light doesnt come on anymore. They were thorough, making sure I knew my tires needed alignment before finishing with service. It was worth the hours wait, even though they had to order my tires. The service was done in the same day. Thanks for the great service NTP.

Precision Tune Auto Care - Decatur

Barry Mccrimmon: I had a frustrating experience with Precision Tune starting on March 29 when I took my car in to have the radiator replaced. A couple of days later, I noticed some bolts were missing under the hood, and it turned out my alternator also needed replacing. After seeing the shoddy work, I decided to take my business elsewhere for the alternator repair. I returned to Precision Tune to address the mistakes they made. The manager, Randy, was okay at first and started putting bolts on my car, but some of the missing ones had to be ordered from Ford. He said they would be in soon, but there continued to be problems. On my third visit, I was told that some brackets were also stripped during the radiator replacement and those needed to be ordered too; they’d supposedly arrive in a week. Fast forward to June, and after multiple promises and lies from Randy and James, the owner, I’m still waiting for the parts. When I spoke to James, he came off as really cocky and didn’t seem to care about the delays or my concerns. Overall, I felt very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you want your car fixed right the first time go somewhere else. $1000.00 paid and they wanted another $1000.00 to replace my alternator take your business elsewhere and have it done right the first time and not be scammed.
