He was not only very professional, but also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell he cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel supported. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. We began searching around for a mechanic who knew their way around Volkswagen vehicles and wouldn’t break the bank, so we found Lewis Motorwerk. I am glad to say, we were not disappointed, and I can’t speak highly enough of Lewis Motorwerks. They definitely were the best choice. They are very knowledgeable, professional and cost efficient. They worked fast and the car was completed as promised. It runs great! I really appreciated their honesty and I certainly felt they were just as concerned as we were about my son’s vehicle. Phil and his brother Nick took the time to explain and educate us on the extra stuff that was going on and were very honest and straightforward. I have an older Volkswagen 2005 and we will definitely be going back for our auto service needs. We were so pleased all around with Lewis Motorwerks!

5 /5 Betsy Bradfield: I can’t recommend Lewis Motorwerks enough. I have a VW, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are honest, knowledgeable, and they never pressure you or try to scare you into paying for some service you’ve never heard of. My front dash sensors were all going off, and I took my car in, and they ordered the part and had the repair done in the same day. If you’re looking for a reliable place to bring your VW, bring it here, and don’t look back!

5 /5 Stefan Boehme: If you are a VW or Audi owner in the metro Atlanta area, Lewis Motorwerks should be your number 1-stop for all your repair and maintenance work. I trust the Lewis partnership (Phil and Nick) with my 2 VW Passats. Whenever you walk in a facility, your 1st impression will be marked by the friendliness of the owner & staff and the cleanness of the facility. That box was checked for me immediately. Next you want an accurate diagnosis of the issue and a clearly explained plan of action on how the issue will be resolved. Checked! You would also expect quality work as opposed to short-term quick fixes that would get you back in the shop in no time, while keeping the cost low or reasonably priced. Checked! Next, I appreciate the transparency and honesty. For example, services not needed won’t be executed or charged. The Lewis staff may point out a few items that you should have on your list for next time, so you can plan and budget if it’s not urgent. One of my VWs with 120k miles experienced acceleration issues and engine lights came on days before its scheduled maintenance. Phil diagnosed the issue professionally and knew right away that the throttle body was causing the problem. He recommended a replacement but offered cleaning/repairing the old part 1st as there was a slim chance for a much cheaper fix. It demonstrates how Phil and Nick will always prioritize quality of service while keeping the cost down. After the repair/replacement (with warranty!) and maintenance tasks were completed, I drove home a happy VW owner knowing that my car was going to be reliable again until the next maintenance appointment.
