Admittedly, I was skeptical. But everything was legit (e.g., no after-market parts were used) and turned out great. I no longer trust the garage I have been going to for years and will ONLY use Munich West from now on. Mike (owner) is terrific.

    Ghofran Abdulaziz: Man works like he learned about cars in the Middle East. Our car broke down BAD, he pulled up-figured out what was wrong, FIXED THE ISSUE AT 12 AM. Our car drove us all the way home and to work the next morning and he came to fix the car early in the day ON A SUNDAY. He did a great job. He was reliable and the cost was low. The mechanical abilities is that of an instinct engineer, his ability to fix the car in a short amount of time, and how he consistently showed up with great timing was very appreciated. Fast time efficiency and speed efficiency and reliable work. 20/10 recommend, Ghofran, Aj, and Amari approve of this message. Most mechanics only do tire changes and simple stuff like battery’s and such when it’s mobile but he was fully skilled.

    Dave Pattie: Warning - this place looks like a dump. My father was an old car collector, so I sort of grew up around places like this. If you can get past the overall condition of the shop, I think youll find a good repair shop to keep your older Volvo running. I used them for my 2012 XC70 T6. I know Volvos and can confirm that these guys know them inside and out. I had two expensive repairs. Together, it would have cost me 7K to repair. These guys were about have the cost of the dealership. Dont expect super fast service, and you do not want to wait for your car. Its just not that kind of shop. But, if your Volvo is your 2nd car, and you can live without if for a day or two, its going to be hard to beat these guys. One part they installed failed (cat converter) after about 4 months and they replaced as a warranty item (no charge). All other work was stellar.

    CutThaCheck Music: First and foremost, there is a language barrier. Mike will say yes to a question or statement without fully knowing. I brung my car to get serviced, only to check back hours later and be told they needed more time. Cool. I check back hours later before they close, still no luck. Once I finally got Mike on the phone he still needed time. I then told him I’d need my car and I would bring it back Tuesday since it’s St. Patrick’s day Monday. Here I am the next day (Saturday) and the shop is closed, my car is still locked up and I will not be paying any requested fee. Especially after I said on the phone I was in route to pick up my car and drop back off Tuesday. Smh NEVER AGAIN!

    Tabitha James: I called ahead for the pricing and they were very kind and upfront with what kind of oil I needed and the cost. Once I arrived they moved quickly to get my car taken care of. He even made sure to let me know I needed a new tire. Without his warning I would have been on the side of the road by the end of the day. So I’m beyond grateful for that. My favorite thing about my visit would be the quiet and spacious waiting area. As a woman, getting my car serviced has always felt like a really nerve wrecking thing. But this experience was so smooth and peaceful . I will definitely be back.

    Juanshe Horton: I did not feel as though it was about my car care here. I was referred by a loyal customer and I didnt get the best service. Spent over 600.00 for oil change and tuneup. After oil change check engine light came on. Brought back said they forgot to hook something up on air filter. Two months later getting tires service Im told needed air filter and engine cabin filter. Told by this place engine cabin wasnt included w tune up but couldnt tell me what was done for 500 bucks. Didnt even top off fluids or put windshield fluid in. Now check engine light is on again and its something to do w air. Was told probably didnt hook it back up correctly. Call them they say will put another filter in but I come and they show me filter and say dont need it because its clean. To much money stress for car not to operate correctly. After tuneup car seems as thou illed up to high but they dont want to assist. This place didnt make me feel as a wanted customer. They are just here for money. You can get oil change for40 bucks I wouldnt recommend this company
