I wasnt driving it on the regular basis anymore, which lead to countless issues. Chris educated me on the problems, resolved them quickly, & brought my car back to life. My family has used their services multiple times over the years. I wouldnt dare consider taking my car anywhere else. They have great customer service & are trustworthy. I highly recommend any of my friends and family to use their services when needed as well as anyone reading this review.

2 /5 Thalia Butts: I tried this shop for the first time on a recommendation, but won’t be returning. They’re professional and communicative, but not very clear on policies or hours. The $175 diagnostic fee is only refunded if you get all recommended services, which feels a little unfair to me considering he only told me that after the diagnostic was completed. Also this place doesn’t really open until 9am, despite saying 8am on the sign. I waited for an hour to just pay and get my car back so I can take it to a different shop. I’m sure people have had pleasant experiences here, but I won’t be returning.

Barry Mccrimmon: I had a frustrating experience with Precision Tune starting on March 29 when I took my car in to have the radiator replaced. A couple of days later, I noticed some bolts were missing under the hood, and it turned out my alternator also needed replacing. After seeing the shoddy work, I decided to take my business elsewhere for the alternator repair. I returned to Precision Tune to address the mistakes they made. The manager, Randy, was okay at first and started putting bolts on my car, but some of the missing ones had to be ordered from Ford. He said they would be in soon, but there continued to be problems. On my third visit, I was told that some brackets were also stripped during the radiator replacement and those needed to be ordered too; they’d supposedly arrive in a week. Fast forward to June, and after multiple promises and lies from Randy and James, the owner, I’m still waiting for the parts. When I spoke to James, he came off as really cocky and didn’t seem to care about the delays or my concerns. Overall, I felt very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you want your car fixed right the first time go somewhere else. $1000.00 paid and they wanted another $1000.00 to replace my alternator take your business elsewhere and have it done right the first time and not be scammed.

But everything was legit (e.g., no after-market parts were used) and turned out great. I no longer trust the garage I have been going to for years and will ONLY use Munich West from now on. Our car drove us all the way home and to work the next morning and he came to fix the car early in the day ON A SUNDAY. He did a great job. He was reliable and the cost was low. The mechanical abilities is that of an instinct engineer, his ability to fix the car in a short amount of time, and how he consistently showed up with great timing was very appreciated. Fast time efficiency and speed efficiency and reliable work. 20/10 recommend, Ghofran, Aj, and Amari approve of this message. Most mechanics only do tire changes and simple stuff like battery’s and such when it’s mobile but he was fully skilled.

Dave Pattie: Warning - this place looks like a dump. My father was an old car collector, so I sort of grew up around places like this. If you can get past the overall condition of the shop, I think youll find a good repair shop to keep your older Volvo running. I used them for my 2012 XC70 T6. I know Volvos and can confirm that these guys know them inside and out. I had two expensive repairs. Together, it would have cost me 7K to repair. These guys were about have the cost of the dealership. Dont expect super fast service, and you do not want to wait for your car. Its just not that kind of shop. But, if your Volvo is your 2nd car, and you can live without if for a day or two, its going to be hard to beat these guys. One part they installed failed (cat converter) after about 4 months and they replaced as a warranty item (no charge). All other work was stellar.

I brung my car to get serviced, only to check back hours later and be told they needed more time. Cool. I check back hours later before they close, still no luck. Once I finally got Mike on the phone he still needed time. I then told him I’d need my car and I would bring it back Tuesday since it’s St. Patrick’s day Monday. Here I am the next day (Saturday) and the shop is closed, my car is still locked up and I will not be paying any requested fee. Especially after I said on the phone I was in route to pick up my car and drop back off Tuesday. Smh NEVER AGAIN!
