Rain Won I had a great experience here! They were quick, answered all my questions clearly, and even matched the price I was originally quoted over the phone. Really appreciated the honest and efficient service! Jessica at the front desk was my main contact but everyone there I met was very professional and kind. I was in a pinch as I had a flight the next day so appreciate the quick turnaround!

Don Butler Worst service ever, so many mistakes, errors. I went in the day before and set everything up. Ordered tires, also wanted an alignment and all 4 tire pressure sensors replaced. Wanted everything done in the one visit. Put a small deposit down to order the tires, should have been easy. I was given a price and a time to drop off. Arrived on time, wife met me at the store and we planned to do some shopping while the tires were being replaced. Drove by and it looked like work had stalled so I stopped in? They said the wrong phone number had been put in the computer and they had tried to call me. First, they had an invalid telephone number for me, so I couldn’t be contacted. The reason, I was given the incorrect price for the sensors and they needed approval for the price difference, now it’s going to cost $400 dollars more than quoted, really. They have a set price to replace even though I’m already paying to have the tires removed and balanced, I declined! Came back at 5:30, they close at 6pm and my truck still hadn’t been aligned. I asked to forget doing the alignment and just wanted to pay for the tires and leave. Maybe 10 minutes later they pulled my truck up to the door and my wife gets in. Went over to ask her if it has any problems to call and not wait till we get home. While at the door I noticed warning lights having to do with tire pressure! 2 of my sensors still worked. Thought it might be an error on the 2 working sensors, NOT. Had gotten out my gauge and checked, all 4 new tires were way way off. How can that be, everybody knows recommend tire pressure are printed on the drivers door pillar. This is a 3/4 ton pickup rear tire pressure is 75 lbs, one was at 38lb. All 4 tires were off 25 lbs each. Had them fill the lowest one, but spent 30 minutes the next morning getting them correct. I came here to find a new place to get tires and have basic services taken care of. Fairly new location here in Milledgeville, thinking tires are there bread and butter and would do a good job, wrong. Worst service ever and the manager knew. Gave them a week to call me but I haven’t heard a word, that’s why I’m posting this. Lost a new customer for good.

Kenneth Davis We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private owner, and I wanted to get it throughly checked out. I took it in and told the service writer David Peavy what I wanted done to the Jeep. I felt like he personally took an interest in making sure everything was done that I asked for. I know on at least two ocassions he went into the shop and spoke to the technican to find out how things were going and what they were finding. I felt like I had top-notch service from them. And, my invoice was very close (slightly under actually) from the quote I was given at the time it was dropped off. I highly recommend this place for service.

GTA clips GTA Vehicle was experiencing problems and brought to 5 star for diagnostic. Service department was able to immediately diagnose vehicle for me. Communication was excellent and approved work order. Repairs were performed in a professional timely manner. Highly suggest CDJR 5 star for your needs

Jonathan Prentiss I wish that I could leave zero stars. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. They said it would only take a week after I waited to bring my vehicle in til they were ready for it. They kept my vehicle for 6 weeks and gave me nothing but excuses as to why it was not completed.

Robert Mashburn Very friendly people . They took care of me so fast I thought I was going through a drive thru. I was happy with the price . And the technician also checked the air pressure in my tires because he noticed that one of the tires looked a little bit low. That my friends is customer service with a gold star. I will be using them for all of my vehicles, from tires to brakes to alignments and any other services they offer. A real jewel of a place to trust your car or truck with thank you so much for your hospitality.

Cornmesser Ryan “RC Addict” Got some new tires put on my Van. Prices where on par but it did take a long time. They dont do any appointments so you could be waiting a while. I was onsite nearly 5 hours for 4 tires due to needing a valve stem that had to be ordered.

She instantly offered her assistance and reassured us they’d get this taken care of. We simply just gave her our claim number and agents phone number and she took care of the rest. Her communication is 10/10 always keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The car looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier to feel safe in our car again. C Jernigan Last week I had been on a trip and was on my way home when I had car trouble. I was 175 miles from home, and my car would not start. I called Glover Automotive at 7:05 pm, and spoke with Mr. Glover. He drove from his shop to where my car was sitting in a shopping center parking lot. Ultimately the part I needed was not available until the next day. Mr. Glover made sure I had a place to stay for the night before leaving for the evening. There was more than one thing wrong with my car, so it took a little time to get the parts and install them the next day. Mr. Glover made sure everything was working/running correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and that I was safe. He charged a very reasonable price for all of the work that he did. I am so grateful that Mr. Glover answered his phone the night I called! If I lived in Augusta, Mr. Glover would definitely be the person I would take my car to for regular maintenance.

dee muney If you are looking for your car to be fixed in a timely and affordable manner then this is not the shop for you. I brung my car to Horace after I was feeling a very aggressive vibration from my car during acceleration. The older mechanic said that it was a engine mount although I told him based on what I have been reading online people were saying they feel a similar vibration from worn out cv axles on that specific car (Lexus es 350). However he ensured me that it was not the axle and it was 2 motor mounts and one transmission mount that needed to be replaced. He gave me a price and told me to leave my car there. 2 days go by and I receive a call saying that the repair would be $200 more than the initial price he told me. That seemed suspicious to me but giving them the benefit of the doubt I gave it to them anyway. Days go by and I don’t hear from them. I call them and they say they are busy and will call me back shortly. They end up not calling back so I give them a call the next day. They said that O’Riley is giving them the run around for parts and that they should have it within the next two days. You can probably guess what happens next. 3 days go by and the car is still not ready. Out of curiosity I drove by the shop during business hours to see that no one is there. About 5 days later the car is ready and they have the audacity to ask for more money after they already changed the agreed on price before. The worst part is that the problem was still there. Heavy vibration after acceleration from a stop. I call the older mechanic and he tells me to bring the car by to take a look. By the time I get there he is working on someone’s brakes and tells me to come the next day. He continues to give me the run around the following day and I decide that he may not be competent enough to handle this matter. One thing I forgot to mention is that he left my entire car filthy somehow, even the backseat which he had no reason to be in whatsoever. After taking my car to a more qualified mechanic he drove the car down the road for 30 seconds and was instantly able to tell me that my car needed new cv axles which is what I told the mechanic at Horace auto from the beginning. All in all if you want your car done In a timely manner to save you from buying Ubers, taking public transportation, or even walking please stay away from this shop. They will leave your car with the same problems it’s had before or possibly even worse ones, all while leaving you without transportation for days maybe even weeks on end.

Grimm Shady I needed some serious help and Horace was quick to assist, even going out of his way to let me make choices on where I get my parts and finding some that wouldnt break the bank for me. What mechanic you know will do that nowadays? Got the problem solved within a day, drove it home the next day. Absolute godsend.

Jigar Patel Good service and friendly advisors. Only issue I have is that they dont have a car wash and they dont clean and wash your car when you do service with them. Hope they consider this and start it soon.

Mary Weatherholt BUYER BEWARE!!! Same company as Discount starter and alternator in milledgeville GA. Read those reviews before you purchase. Refuse to send new product after they sent the wrong one unless I pay for a 20% restocking fee and 35$ shipping fee. Very unprofessional owner.
