Trent Carpenter Had my car towed to Stapp Wednesday night and spoke to them Thursday morning to explain what happened. Just a few hours later they had the car diagnosed as a bad starter and the repair quoted. Agreed to the service and in just about 24 hours they had the starter replaced and ready for pick up. They were very professional and kept me updated through the process and the prices were extremely fair. Would 100% recommend!

Traci Eiberger I refuse to believe the bad reviews are actual customers!!! Ive taken several cars here for many years, NEVER had a problem. I just "dropped in" last week for a new battery, my wheel has to come off to replace the battery. I was in & out in 30 min while they were super busy with every bay full. Oh and they absolutely have a waiting room with tv. Mike is the BEST! I dont trust my car with anyone else!!

DIY RAYMOND Great auto mechanic shop. They got my daughters Chevy Malibu in and out on 2 different visits. One was for motor mounts, the other was for the radiator to be replaced. They stay busy, but they do great work. I highly recommend Bucks Auto shop.

Tyler Riddle Never went. Got quoted $100-$105 for an oil change and tire rotation. I can go to Fussell in Valdosta and get both done for $55. Tire rotation is free over there. $25 here just to rotate some tires.

Jacks B Worst oil change experience! Poor customer service. They attempted to overcharge me $275, which dropped to $148 on their screen, and complained about how difficult an oil change was for my diesel truck the entire time. Thankfully, the gentleman behind me commented on the price. No other fluids were checked, system settings were not reset, and tire pressure was not checked. I inquired about third-taillight bulbs; he said they might have them and never brought them up again. I received no printout. I paid $125 because I said I usually pay around $120-130. I will not return.

J P They were the only people who would even look at my car (because its a Hemi engine), and not only did they look they got all 16 plugs changed in an hour. They were incredibly friendly and quick. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

Tiffany Risner I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Joe Bob has given false promise after false promise. He has had my elderly fathers truck for 3 months now. NO diagnostics have been ran!!! Vehicle after vehicle has come and gone and we know this because we have to physically go up there any time we want any information because calling leads NOWHERE. Hes has completely taken advantage of my 76 year old father and, initially, stated that the truck had an issue with the ignition, he then changed it to it being an issue with a ground wire. Three months to fix a ground!? I suggest anyone considering this "business" seek somewhere with integrity because they are seriously lacking it here.

Cheryl Davis Took my car to him on March 27, 2023 and was told it needed new engine. I paid him to put engine in car. It is now November 7, 2024 and he has pushed my car out into the weeds at his shop. His phone is off so cant reach him by phone and he is never at the shop. If you value your car at all DO NOT take it to this shop.

Bad Nashville GA Mechanic The worst CLOWN that you could possible let work on your vehicle in Berrien County Nashville Ga area... Avoid this place like the plague. After hiring him to fix an oil leak for me I had to bring it back. He had my vehicle for 5 weeks after I brought it back and did nothing at all.. Wouldnt even look at it. He just Kept saying I will look at it today! 5 that five weeks... I had to go it and take it to a REAL mechanic.. I am only giving him 1 star because I have too.

And the mechanic doesn’t get irritated with any question or concern you might ask or have about anything related to your vehicle. Michael We took my wifes car to Wegiis auto when we had an engine light blinking. They were able to get her car in last minute, run a diagnostic test, and they quickly identified the issue. It turned out to be a burnt out spark plug. They fixed it and she was able to get back on the road without any further issues! Thanks

Elizabeth Snyder DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO GET YOUR TIRES BALANCED AND MOUNTED. My husband bought brand new tires and brought them there to get them mounted and balanced. Well they never took the old weights off and put new ones on. Whenever my husband left there, he thought he was going to have a smooth ride with brand new tires but no his truck was bouncing down the rode.

Randy Brannen Went their with front end alignment problem. Neighbor recommended this place as honest and can do alignment. Guy named Terry went to look at tires after I explained the problem. He found the problem and explained it to me. Drivers side front tire was separating. Probably not alignment. Need a new tire. Ok lets go see what you can get for a Dodge Dakota 2 wheel drive. Wanted Cooper Discover AT 235x75x15. Only At 3s. $195.00 a tire. Nope! To expensive. See what you can find for about $ 130.00 a tire. I assumed the tire shop would look for the similar style tire as the AT tire. Said he can get thee for $130.00. each be here tomorrow. Ok fine. I assumed it was a AT style small truck tire. Next day I thought nothing about what style tire he ordered. They mounted them. Balanced them I guess. Drove home was starting to rain so didnt look at them. Next morning looked and got 2 All season tires. Mainly used on cars and Suvs $130.00 each! I checked 3 other places and same tire list for $87.00 $89.00 and $91.00. each before tax. Not only is it not a truck tire but a what I call a highway tire! I paid $ 279.00 out the door vs $ 227.84 fir same tires. Could have got Good AT tires for approximately $ 102.00 each! My fault assuming this would never happen a Knowledgeable Tire Shop. Lesson learned! I should have gave specific details to the tire shop and looked at tires before they were installed. I paid in advance thinking all was going to be fine. I want go back! Lesson Learned! Ill live with it.
