It is hard to find a great, family owned business that treats a first-time customer like an old friend..., but we found it at Norris Wheel & Brake! VERY helpful in getting the issue diagnosed and working things out to get our car fixed at a decent price! As we waited we saw long-time, loyal customers drop off/pick up their cars and chat with the owner and his daughter. Highly recommend this business! It is a rare find! Also..., if you schedule a while you wait appointment, it is so nice that you can walk downtown to eat, get coffee etc.
