And the technician also checked the air pressure in my tires because he noticed that one of the tires looked a little bit low. That my friends is customer service with a gold star. I will be using them for all of my vehicles, from tires to brakes to alignments and any other services they offer. A real jewel of a place to trust your car or truck with thank you so much for your hospitality.

4 /5 Cornmesser Ryan “RC Addict”: Got some new tires put on my Van. Prices where on par but it did take a long time. They dont do any appointments so you could be waiting a while. I was onsite nearly 5 hours for 4 tires due to needing a valve stem that had to be ordered.

So they recommended a different brand known for being quiet and the results are spot on, so quiet. Highly recommend, got my business for as long as I live in the area.

5 /5 Sam Cummings: My mom had a bad tire on the side of a rural road and called Ivey’s to help. Brent took her call and arranged for Rod to go out and take care of her issue. My mom was on her way to the hospital and wasn’t feeling well, so she was anxious and irritated as we mere mortals tend to get when our stress levels are up and we aren’t in control of the current situation. Mom called me after she was back on the road and said that once again, Ivey’s has saved the day! She said Rod was very kind and helpful as well as proficient in his trade. We are very thankful to the guys at Ivey’s tire service for their hard work and professional business practices!

Veronica Shepherd: Our son took his car to have the front passenger bearing replaced on a Saturday. The manager told him theyd get right on it. He waited an hour and a half. He got up to walk out at 10:30. The manager told him to come back at 1. He went back and waited 30 more minutes. The manager told him theyd order the part, but it wouldnt be in until 3. They close at 3 on Saturday. I took the vehicle up there at 9 a.m. on Monday. The part wasnt in neither was the manager. I waited over an hour and a half for the manager and part to get there. During the process of pounding and pulling the bearing off, the "mechanic" pulled the cv axel apart and out of socket and all of the transmission fluid leaked out. Fast forward 3 hours later it was all--cv axel and bearing-- were repaired and the transmission fluid was replaced. I left and halfway home there was a loud noise all of a sudden. There was a squeeling sound, the tire was bouncing, and the steering wheel was shaking. Colemans sent a wrecker to pick it up. They called Tueaday said it was repaired. They said the heat shield was scrubbing the rotors. Went and picked it up. Drove through town, but once I got out of town and over 45 mph the vehicle was doing the same thing. Colemans picked it up again. They finally got to it Wednesday afternoon, and the same thing happened. I couldnt even drive over 40 mph. I took the car to Iveys Tire and they had to replace the bearing that said they replaced and the spindle that the "mechanic" at Colemenas broke while repairing the bearing and cv axle. My husband went today to try and settle with the manager who stated, "Weve did nothing wrong!" This place is a joke! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy!

Not only were they able to see to it almost immediately, the results were excellent and were on time as promised. I thought the paint match might be tricky because my car color but the color and paint look perfect. As other reviews mention, the team at HIS Collision are really friendly. Recommended!

Mario Rodriguez: Had 4 new Goodyear tires put on because they had a Black Friday special, when I got to the store their system didn’t show the correct price so they match it. Keith did a good job changing my tires. When I got the car back it showed low tire pressure, they told me it would go away once I drive for a few miles. When I got home I check the pressure and it was at 37psi. Which is good for my car, but the sensors was still telling me too low. So I put a little more air and then the light cut off. I’m happy with my experience.
