1 /5 Ken S: More than disappointed with the Hyundai of Milledgeville Service department. My daughter at Georgia College brought in her Hyundai twice for a serious issue with the car at an extremely low idling power, low acceleration, 0.0 on the tachometer, and eventual stalling. The first time, they just looked at the battery terminals and sent her on her way. Car continued to have the same issues, and most recently was able to nurse it to the service department while the car was having these exact issues, and a service member was there to see it personally. Common issue causing this problem is the crankshaft position sensor, and asked to check it and replace. That was on a Monday morning. On Thursday, received a text that they have yet to look at the vehicle. I called on a Friday and still did not look at the vehicle. The following Monday, text was received that the vehicle was finally pulled into the shop for diagnosis. Tuesday received a call that the car was working fine, and they were unable to diagnose the issue. Again, discussed the CPS and was told they will look into it. Nothing again until Thursday, when daughter received a call to pick up the car as they couldnt find anything wrong with it. It was in their possession for 11 days. On her drive home from the service department a few minutes later, guess what, my daughter called in tears as the car experienced these issues and stalled. I called service Steve right away. Asked what they actually checked, and was told they did a full diagnosis. Asked why they didnt replace the CPS and told the tech stated it was ok and didnt recommend replacing it. While I understand this, it should have been my decision to replace it, where we could at least rule it out as the issue/solution. It would have been worth the time and expense. Now, after 11 days, we are in the same place as when she brought it to them, when their team was standing there in person to see it stall. Will now have to take it to a different party that can communicate more effectively than Hyundai of Milledgeville. 2 /5 Alexia Schauer: My car stalled out in the middle of the highway and I brought it straight to the dealership when it happened. They were really busy that morning and so I knew it wouldn’t be looked at that day, which was no problem. But after a week, they still hadn’t looked at my car and after ten days they were unable to give me a reason for the problem and resolved nothing, all while I had no reliable transportation and had to walk 6 miles to work. When I spoke to the mechanic advisor Steven on the phone, his solution was for me to “get a new car”. As I drove home from the dealership, my car shut down and did the exact thing it did when I brought the car in. I was in my car for about five minutes when this happened, they had my car for ten days and couldn’t duplicate the issue? I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of service and right back to square one.

1 /5 Yifan Wang: I bought the 2011 Dodge journy in 2018. At that time, they charged me $573.48 and told me that money will be used for title. However, it only spent $271.10 for my title. They just collect the rest of the money. Besides, they ask way more money than the advertisement. The list price is $5949, but they collect administrative fee which is $799, and $99 for the reg fee. I sent the email argue for this at 2018 actually 3 weeks after I bough the car. But they never response me. WARNING!!!! The car the sold me is actually combine by two cars. There is two VIN on one car !! The VIN from front window is not the same as the VIN from driver side door. Its going to be really hard for me to get the money back. I just want super WARNNING for any one who want bought car from this place. BE CAREFULL.
