darnell gaskins While traveling to Macon Ga my van ran hot. It was a Thursday morning right before lunch. Unfortunately I didnt know they were closed on Fridays. Long story short I was able to get my vehicle back and repaired before close of business that same day. Also pricing was fair. I greatly appreciated their service.

samantha dutton I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership and their service department for years, but my recent phone interaction with the service manager Brian was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider my opinion. I called to discuss ongoing issues with a vehicle we purchased just a year ago. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned unpleasant. Brian repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and was dismissive of my concerns. I was left feeling disrespected and talked down to, and I couldn’t shake the impression that I wasn’t being taken seriously—possibly because I’m a woman. This experience was not what I expected from a place I’ve trusted for so long.

Reginald Stubbs The service team was awesome & the manager Carlos was polite & made sure that he acknowledged every customer that entered the store. Fast and friendly service. The young lady who did my oil change was also very friendly & polite. I think she also worked up front. Awesome job guys!

Sarah Stamer Was heading back home up north after our vacation in Florida and noticed our temperature gauge light came on. Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

Chantelle Cleveland I drive a 2002 C320 WAGON with 244,000+ miles. I was in immediate need of an experienced mechanic for my car. A towing company recommended his business to me. He went over my car thoroughly and kept me informed about all the critical issues he came across. Diagnostics, Repairs and Routine maintenance was done and I am super happy I have a mechanic to get my car to 500,000 miles, God willing. The cost was reasonable, considering all the items addressed. Knowledge, experience and quality doesnt come cheap. Thank you Gary Thistlewood! FYI:Harmonic Balancer he replaced, among other things.

David Fendley If you have an International 2016 model or newer do not come here. They dont even like international trucks. Not really their fault, international dealership is the only place they say that has ability to communicate with the computers. I wasted company and my time and money.

JB Williams 2 years ago, my Toyota Tundra truck was 15 years old and needed some work on the air conditioning during the hot summer of 2023. Don did a great job and I have been cool ever since. Today I dropped off my wifes car for some air system work and Don was kind enough, as he was leaving for the day, to drive me back to our house, A few miles away, In the direction opposite from the way he goes home, so I would not have to walk in the heat. That is not standard of course, So I was very fortunate that he was able to take the time today. Thank you very much Don!!!

T Miller My Mercedes CLS550 AC stopped blowing cold in this 100 degree weather. I work in the area but do not live here and I am not familiar with the area at all. I went to 3 shops and everyone said we dont work on Mercedes. FAST RADIATOR was the only shop that fixed it, very reasonably priced and Got me in and out same day actually within hours of my calling. May not look like much from the outside but QUALITY AND GREAT customer service on the inside!

Kevin Scott I wish I could leave a positive review. However, I reached out to this gentleman and he agreed to see about my car the next day. Only to be told the next day that he wouldn’t be able to make it. We then agreed for him to come to my house the following day at 10:30 only for me to receive a text that he had some other things going on. At this point I decided to take my car to a shop. If you are in need of auto repairs in a decent time frame. I WOULD NOT recommend this person.

Jeanne Brooks Thank God for The Mobile Mechanic! My son broke down two hours from home. When we got to him we realized it was more than we could fix. The Mechanic was there in less than 10 minutes, and now we are headed home! Definitely 5 star service!

Logan Vargas I went to Magic Mechanic for a simple oil change. The online booking was simple and easy and I was able to get my car service quickly. After talking to their General Manager Matt I was also able to schedule a new set of tires for the following Monday. Matt was super helpful and gave me a personal recommendation for a set of tires that would last me significantly longer for a little more money. I cant emphasize enough how happy I am with my purchase and the help that Matt was able to provide. Id recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Julianne Jabon They were very helpful in repairing problems that another company caused when they changed my oil and stripped my drain plug. They did the repairs in the time the projected, and took the time to make sure I wouldnt run hot as well as I was about to leave town as soon as I got my car back. Very nice, professional, and caring people!

Kim Norton Joshua came to my home and helped me install a starter that I was struggling with. He was very polite and knowledgeable.......saved me from paying a tow bill!

Demetress Whitby I had this shop to put a starter on my vehicle knowing that every starter that is Purchase at a auto part place Has a lifetime warranty this shop indicated after putting the starter on that it only gives a one year warranty so that means if something happens to my starter after one year I will pay him for the starter again and he will get the starter for free this is the worst business practice I have ever seen

Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

Carmen Meadows Grant’s Tire and Auto was very helpful. Right before they closed one afternoon my battery came on. They checked to be sure it was the battery. I did need a new battery so they ordered one to be delivered very early the next morning. I Took my car in very early and was able to pick up before nine on. Very easy check in and checking out. I would recommend Grant Tire and Auto to my family and friends.

F M Just a group of good, helpful people. I was on my way from Atlanta to Savannah when I noticed a problem with my brakes. I stopped by to get it checked. Ryan at the front desk was very caring and nice. They took care of the issue very quickly even though they were very busy at a minimal cost. Id take my car here for services if it wasnt 2 hours away.

gigalonupe This was literally the worst Road Side experience Ive ever had. I called RPM at around 9:15 PM. They told me that they were 45 minutes away after taking payment after taking payment. I waited an hour. I called back several times and I was sent straight to voicemail. Eventually, someone called me by mistake asking me about another Client situation. I asked them when I would be responded to and I was told another 45 minutes after another hour pass. I called again several times and I was sent straight to voicemail I ended up calling a tow truck and asked for my money back. Do not use this company for anything. They will not show up and they will cease to respond.

LatashaTrueHeart I went here to get an oil change for my new-to-me Toyota Camry. The gentlemen were friendly. They offered me a ride to/from my job while they worked on my car. I walked since I work downtown. I received the call within an hour or two. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again.

Mary King Carey’s Collision has gone above and beyond the typical call of duty for car repair. At the time of needed repairs, I was on medical leave from work, and they took that straight to heart and were incredibly empathetic. They offered guidance and insight as to how to currently help me in my current position, even if it was most likely costing them. And they did this because they see the person and their needs(apart from just vehicular), which far sets them apart. There is NO other collision repair shop on the southside of Atlanta, and better yet to my knowledge, who will offer the quality of service, customer experience, and general interaction. If google offered 10 stars, it would be an easy selection.

Madilyn Sinagra This place is amazing nothing short of amazing! They did an amazing job on my body repair and the staff could not be more friendly and easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!
