5 /5 Debstr g: We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥️ thank you!!!!

1 /5 gigalonupe: This was literally the worst Road Side experience Ive ever had. I called RPM at around 9:15 PM. They told me that they were 45 minutes away after taking payment after taking payment. I waited an hour. I called back several times and I was sent straight to voicemail. Eventually, someone called me by mistake asking me about another Client situation. I asked them when I would be responded to and I was told another 45 minutes after another hour pass. I called again several times and I was sent straight to voicemail I ended up calling a tow truck and asked for my money back. Do not use this company for anything. They will not show up and they will cease to respond.

1 /5 Rita Copeland: This Road side service is a scam, they take your money via cash app and don’t show up when you’re broke down and need their services. They don’t answer your calls after waiting an hour for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. In fact, they should be reported for Fraud!
