I called to discuss ongoing issues with a vehicle we purchased just a year ago. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned unpleasant. Brian repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and was dismissive of my concerns. I was left feeling disrespected and talked down to, and I couldn’t shake the impression that I wasn’t being taken seriously—possibly because I’m a woman. This experience was not what I expected from a place I’ve trusted for so long.
