James Called up there to get a tire for my neice, got quoted a price and sent her up there to get it. Instead of getting that price the "owner", as he so rudely proclaimed himself so rudely multiple times, was rude and wouldnt uphold the deal made on the phone by him or one of his employees. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, now I realize why I havent been there before.

YOYO-AFRICA Yoyo-Africa This is the absolute worst shop in the entire state of Georgia. The owner speaks to people like they owe him the world and to top it off they can’t seems to fix anything correctly. I had a battery installed it took them over 3 hours to install the battery. A month later I had trouble with because the terminal bolts were loose. This should have been an easy job for a shop of this size but it wasn’t. Terrible customer service and everyone there looks like they’re learning on the job. Do not go to this shop for anything!!!’

Thelma Arias Cant really say one way or other. I was only helping drop off someone elses truck for repairs. I can say that it was a higher ticket than expected. I give them credit that they didnt hold the truck waiting on the mirror for drivers side. The other issues were fixed and they had it back in like 2 days. Would probably use in the future if I was in that area.

Jeff Hunter Took truck back to verify if problem was still under warranty, never received a phone call with diagnosis, (4 weeks) .. Informed issue wasnt covered under warranty... Asked for a quote for new or used engine to be installed... Again, never received call with quote... Was told i would get a quote by the weekend, it was Wednesday, no one ever called... Finally decided to have truck towed back home..tow fee was $250 each way... Didnt have any problems the first time i had repairs done, everything went great...not sure what happened, but was very disappointed !!

Gary has a lot of business so I understood that I wasn’t going to be next in line but what I wanted to say was Gary came out of the shop and explained everything to me And Kim, the lady at the front desk was very customer friendly when I got my car back everything was fixed as requested but the big surprise was the bill. It was about half what I expected so kudos to Gary & staff. I told Miss Kim that they had gained a customer for the rest of my life…

Bradley Jones I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning with this garage. It was two weeks before they put it on the rack. They replaced the main bearings, front and rear seals, and the oil pump. It took them two more weeks to finish it. The cost was normal and they did a good job on it (so far). They do good work but they are exceptionally slow. If you drop your vehicle off with them, expect it to be a while. Their parking lot is not secure. If you leave your vehicle there, take all your valuable items out of it. My GPS was stolen from it sometime during the two weeks it sat there.

AGAPE LOVE Shane has been very polite and patient while trying to fix my truck. He worked hard to get it cranked and find out what all was wrong with it. After putting a starter on, now it needs a fuel pump. I need time to come up with the repair cost. He said the truck will be fine there till I was ready for him to work on it again. Kirk Hackney Like the lady siad, "DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE" ! They are not playing fair! They sound like they really care but, thats aN "OUT RIGHT LIE"! They will take your car in and leave it for 8-10 days ! Ooh, all of my mechanics have "COVID-19" They will charge you for "two" steps instead of one! I only needed 8ozs of Freon and they charge me for $79.00 for 1-pound (16ozs)! They charge me $52.00 (labor) just to "recover" it and $138.50 (labor) to "partially" charge it. That should only be "one" labor charge because the A/C Vacuum and Recovery process is only "one" step! You can purchase 14ozs of 134a (Synthetic-Freon) at Walmart with a gauge included for $26.99! They also charge me for the power steering pump fluid that I brought with the power steering pump and the lower hydraulic pump hose. I found out that it was the "Higher hydraulic pump hose so, I went to OReillys and bought one for $22.00 to be delivered tin two days. Nathan said no, I get one the next day for $42.00 So, I took I a refund and gave Nathan $42.00. By the way, Nathan "charged" me again for the $42.00 "high-Pressure Hydraulic Line ($62.00 now). But, he gave me the $42.00 after I "pointed" it out (receipts, etc..). I should have kept the one from OReillys because he didnt put it on for 5-dyas later! Go figure! They "never" fixed my "Fog" lights! One was working now, both are out! Nevertheless, he said that the two oil filters that I brought were wrong! They were from Advanced Auto and "highly" recommended (Bosh & Fram). Again, he sold me one for $5.00 or so. Nathan also charged me "twice" for installing the power power pulley ($207.00 Remove and replace Power Steering Pump/Labor) and ($27.70/Labor for removing, replacing install Power Steering Pump Pulley). Again, this is only "One" step and "Not" two.. Finally, he told me that the reason why my battery isnt charging is that I need to replace the battery "terminals"! Okay, I said and he did! Please look at the pictures attached! Because the mechanic? who did it didnt clean/remove any of the "corrosion" that was inside of the battery-wires, it "shorted" out the full-charged battery to the point that it "wouldnt" take a "charge" at all. Furthermore, I had to get brand new battery and get a well-known mechanic to clean all of the wires properly and secure the wires to "stereo" battery terminals instead (see the 4th picture with the "gold" battery terminals).. Again, "DO NOT" take your care, friends, mothers, or even children Tonka Trucks to this business. One person says one thing and the other person says something else! Blowing-Smoke up everyones behind! Run away fast!

Kamden Blackmon I got a head gasket done on my car and they left bolts loose on the motor mount. Broke plastic wire clips and left hardware in the engine bay. Also they broke my plastic radiator fan mounts and I paid $2000 in total and they did a horrible job

Mark Grant I called Mr. Ivey on Monday and told him my water pump had failed and I couldnt drive my truck anymore because all the antifreeze had leaked out. So he recommended a tow truck to which I called and had it towed to Mr Iveys Auto Clinic. Mr. Ivey had it fixed and for a reasonable price.
