1 /5 Legend Bridges: Don’t they have a number the actually works I’ve been calling for days and as soon as I call it hangs up

1 /5 James: Called up there to get a tire for my neice, got quoted a price and sent her up there to get it. Instead of getting that price the "owner", as he so rudely proclaimed himself so rudely multiple times, was rude and wouldnt uphold the deal made on the phone by him or one of his employees. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, now I realize why I havent been there before.

1 /5 YOYO-AFRICA Yoyo-Africa: This is the absolute worst shop in the entire state of Georgia. The owner speaks to people like they owe him the world and to top it off they can’t seems to fix anything correctly. I had a battery installed it took them over 3 hours to install the battery. A month later I had trouble with because the terminal bolts were loose. This should have been an easy job for a shop of this size but it wasn’t. Terrible customer service and everyone there looks like they’re learning on the job. Do not go to this shop for anything!!!’

1 /5 Felicia Chapman: The owner Mike is rude and dishonest. He claimed my car needed a water pump, I took it elsewhere and they said there was nothing wrong with my water pump. I had suspected dishonesty here before but this time I had proof. They even went so far as to spray water all underneath my car and show me it, saying that was from the water pump spewing out water. I went to see where I had parked just before they put it up on the rack and low and behold not a drop of water where I had just been parked! Iveys confirmed nothing was wrong and I didnt need a water pump, we didnt find water spewing out like you said it had even when he put the cooling system under pressure just minutes after you said it needed one and the water pump had spewed. I never did find water under my vehicle like you found that day at Tire and Auto Master all the way up until I sold it about a 6 months ago to get a new car at LaGrange Toyota. I never did have to replace the water pump. I tell everyone this incident because it is true and Ill tell it over and over again to protect others from being taken advantage of. This was not the first time that I thought you guys were dishonest with me so no way I would come back to you for anything.

1 /5 April Woods: This is the most uncaring. Unqualified Auto Shop in Georgia! The Employees Are Lazy With A Dont Care, Dont Want To Be Here Attitude Their Only Concern Is Lunch Time! They Do Not Care About How They Treat Their Customers! I Do Not Recommend! I Will Not Go Back! Its A Sorry Lowdown Shame That They Use What I Call "Ignorance And Ignorance" Dont Waste Your Time And Money Here Their Title For Them Is "Sorry Master"
