Alex Richardson Had inspection done on my 2013 civic with rebuild title after moving from out of state. First time failed due to rusted out bumper rebar, replaced and reinspected with a passing grade on the second go. Staff is friendly, respectful, quick in and out both times with no bs. Would definitely recommend. Side note, yard dog is super chill too.

Rob Bennett Great place to get salvage inspection done. They assisted with all the necessary paperwork and inspection didnt take long. They also have a lot of very nice used trucks for sale on the lot.

Mary Ruth Boman Stranded on the road with a flat, Yaughn Tire treated me like a family member. Traveling south from Atlanta on a day trip with girlfriends, I had a flat on 341 just north of Fort Valley and called Yaughn Tire after a random Google search. True to the reviews, I got excellent service. Nic was friendly and helpful on the phone. He did not have the tire I needed in stock, but he ordered one from a nearby warehouse and sent someone out to get my rim. The warehouse was slow in getting the tire delivered, so Nic himself drove to Byron and got it. All this time he called me several times with progress reports. Soon enough I was back on the road in time to make both our destinations and enjoy the rest of our day.

Michelle Montfort I would not recommend this company to no one for a oil change, my sister went to them to get a oil change a month ago. Out of the blue her car will not start and she get it towed to her dealer, they are telling her no oil is in her car. So they had to put 6 quartz in her car. I used to love Yaughn Tire, but they are messing up people cars. And the woman in the front have a bad attitude.

Cindy Floyd Harmony is great to work with. She makes sure to tell you what you need to know and for it with a smile. The work done on both our cars was great work. They ended up saving our daughter money because although the dealership said it was one thing, it actually was something different. They will listen to what others say about the problem but make their own determination. Guys are respectful also

Lucy Griffin Jason repaired our transmission and catylitic converters on our 2019 Ford F150. Jeff Smith Ford in Byron Ga where we bought the truck would not honor the warranty on the truck. Said they couldn’t get the parts, Ford Corporation would not honor the warranty. I would highly recommend that if you are having transmission problems to call Jason. He is very honest, capable and absolutely the best in the business. Truck runs better than the day we bought it!!

Crystal Batts Do not get your car repaired here. Mr. Applying took money from my insurance company and did not repair the car. Mr. Appling admitted he did not repair the car and agreed to pay 500 dollars a week until the full amount is paid back. Mr. Appling is now avoiding me. Good thing I got a lawyer because he would have gotten away with it.

Audrey McCranie We are extremely disappointed!!! They have had our truck for 13 days! We have called multiple times to get an update. Every time we get told “someone will call you back with an update”… so we wait…. No call! We show up in person to get an update and get told the person who is supposed to work on your truck is out of town but the guy we have in today is at lunch. Needless to say we will be taking our truck elsewhere. It would not be so bad if we received a call back letting us know what is going on.

Michael Browning Used Hines on the recommendation of family that have used them for years and was extremely disapppinted. Keith and crew had my vehicle for three weeks with no updates... I tried to give the shop the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays, but when I called at the end of three weeks I was told he was waiting on parts for another vehicle which backed things up, yet when I helped drop off a friends truck it was miraculously fixed in three days. Total miscommunication on Hines part, and if the shop had been honest up front I could have paid someone else to complete repairs in a timely manner.
