Hines Mechanic Shop - Fort Valley (GA)

1 /5 Audrey McCranie: We are extremely disappointed!!! They have had our truck for 13 days! We have called multiple times to get an update. Every time we get told “someone will call you back with an update”… so we wait…. No call! We show up in person to get an update and get told the person who is supposed to work on your truck is out of town but the guy we have in today is at lunch. Needless to say we will be taking our truck elsewhere. It would not be so bad if we received a call back letting us know what is going on.

1 /5 Michael Browning: Used Hines on the recommendation of family that have used them for years and was extremely disapppinted. Keith and crew had my vehicle for three weeks with no updates... I tried to give the shop the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays, but when I called at the end of three weeks I was told he was waiting on parts for another vehicle which backed things up, yet when I helped drop off a friends truck it was miraculously fixed in three days. Total miscommunication on Hines part, and if the shop had been honest up front I could have paid someone else to complete repairs in a timely manner.

5 /5 Donna Martin: This is the best place I have ever had work done on our vehicles . The owner Kieth Hines really knows what he is doing in the auto Business. His knowledge is very impressing! He has always worked on the vehicle that I have been driving for 9 yrs. Thank you Hines auto for everything! May God bless this company in so many ways , that it will be over flowing with work !

3 /5 Thea J: Did a decent job but he was entirely too booked. Went by Thursday was told I could drop my car off Tuesday. Went and rented a car for vacation after returning back 2 days later my car was still parked untouched. Told me he would replace a ball joint instead of a control arm which would be cheaper amd quicker but Saturday comes and my car still wasnt done. Didnt get my car back until Tuesday and was out of almost 1000 dollars including the rental and the repair even after discounts on both ends(rental services and repair.) I was referred by someone with multiple vehicles so they werent inconvenienced as I was. Though their customer service was fine, Ill just pay an extra 1-200 elsewhere to ensure I get my car back in the same day or at least the same week.

5 /5 Tracey Will: If there are any bad reviews listed, the person is delusional! Keith Hines is simply the best! I was traveling through and my radiator exploded. He had it towed after hours on a Thursday night and had the radiator replaced and had me back on the road in less than 6-7 hours on Friday. AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would!
