    Lucy Griffin: Jason repaired our transmission and catylitic converters on our 2019 Ford F150. Jeff Smith Ford in Byron Ga where we bought the truck would not honor the warranty on the truck. Said they couldn’t get the parts, Ford Corporation would not honor the warranty. I would highly recommend that if you are having transmission problems to call Jason. He is very honest, capable and absolutely the best in the business. Truck runs better than the day we bought it!!

    Mary Ruth Boman: Stranded on the road with a flat, Yaughn Tire treated me like a family member. Traveling south from Atlanta on a day trip with girlfriends, I had a flat on 341 just north of Fort Valley and called Yaughn Tire after a random Google search. True to the reviews, I got excellent service. Nic was friendly and helpful on the phone. He did not have the tire I needed in stock, but he ordered one from a nearby warehouse and sent someone out to get my rim. The warehouse was slow in getting the tire delivered, so Nic himself drove to Byron and got it. All this time he called me several times with progress reports. Soon enough I was back on the road in time to make both our destinations and enjoy the rest of our day.

    Jed Chadwick: Honest and on point! Very friendly and welcoming service. I recently took my 96 F-150 in to have it inspected. YouTube and Google had me convinced it was something else. I took that information into M&E and left my truck there thinking, "This is going to cost a fortune." I called the next morning and turns out YouTube and Google were incorrect.     William Brown: They do not answer the phone they do not return phone calls, even if you leave voicemails, I tried on numerous occasions to get my daughters vehicle in to be inspected. Instead, I had to send it all the way to Atlanta for the inspection at global import BMW. Had all the accumulated added cost had another situation with the same vehicle tried to reach out numerous times again to this company, hoping that they would answer the phone and I could give them the chance for our business with no answer and no response once again found a very good mechanic shop m&e which is literally two doors down. They are honest answer the phone and got my vehicle in right away.
