They ended up saving our daughter money because although the dealership said it was one thing, it actually was something different. They will listen to what others say about the problem but make their own determination. Guys are respectful also

3 /5 Stephen Andrews: I have always liked Tom and have recommended his shop to many ppl based on his treatment of me and the company I work for but recently we put a car in his shop for repairs. Recently he treated my wife with great disrespect and belittled her in front of others. He was very smirky and dismissive simply because she asked a question that he didnt have a good answer for. No matter what you shouldnt treat a customer with disrespect. They are what keep you going in the hard times. I have never known Tom to be this way and Im not sure what is going on. Maybe he has gotten so big now that he doesnt need the extra money. Whatever it is I would look at going somewhere else where they treat you like youre important and they need your business. I will no longer recommend his shop to my friends or people who are looking for somewhere to have their car repaired.
