One quick phone call with my new Carriage Insurance agent (Skylar) and I am a proud new customer. NOTE: I have been with the same insurance agency since turning 16yrs old (34 years) and so glad we made the move with Carriage. Skylar was so professional, had such a gentle spirit, and honestly earned my business. I had a lot of questions and she was so patient with me. When I hung up the phone, I told my wife that it was the best experience ever. I could not believe how easy the process was. The monthly savings with the exact same coverage on three vehicles was mind blowing. Everything happened exactly like the agent told me it would. Everything was electronically handled in a very speedy process. Customer service these days are very rare.
