However, he provided false information, stating that the application did not go through due to the need for a copy of my ID. Furthermore, he inquired about the status of my drivers license. I promptly terminated the call, as I suspected racial profiling. I subsequently contacted a different Farmers agency located nearby, the Terry Fredrick agency, and they did not pose any issues. I was not required to provide a copy of my ID or any additional documentation; I simply furnished the necessary information to establish my new policy. I advise against trusting the Saucedo Agency, as their conduct raises concerns.
