    Marcus Harris: I recently contacted this agency and spoke with Saucedo to initiate a new auto insurance policy. However, he provided false information, stating that the application did not go through due to the need for a copy of my ID. Furthermore, he inquired about the status of my drivers license. I promptly terminated the call, as I suspected racial profiling. I subsequently contacted a different Farmers agency located nearby, the Terry Fredrick agency, and they did not pose any issues. I was not required to provide a copy of my ID or any additional documentation; I simply furnished the necessary information to establish my new policy. I advise against trusting the Saucedo Agency, as their conduct raises concerns.

Took almost 4 months to fix my car after getting hit because nobody ever answers the phones, would not get back to my collision center in a timely fashion, and tried to stop covering my rental car 3 times before my car was actually even fixed. If you get hit by someone with Loya, I hope you know a good lawyer. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever come in contact with.
