I believe in loyalty and staying with a company when they are taken care of business for you, but not this company. Yes when you call the office they were not customer service friendly at all or they do not return phone calls . I bundled my house and car , emails were not returned either in a timely manner .Canceled my auto last year and it took them over 30 days to work on it which caused me not to get my refund but to owe them more money. I feel like they took advantage of me and to mention I am a senior. Definitely need Improvement at this company with Jessica, Brittany, trey Wood.. I would not recommend this company for family or friends. Had to speak to five plus people to get this resolved.

Marcus Harris: I recently contacted this agency and spoke with Saucedo to initiate a new auto insurance policy. However, he provided false information, stating that the application did not go through due to the need for a copy of my ID. Furthermore, he inquired about the status of my drivers license. I promptly terminated the call, as I suspected racial profiling. I subsequently contacted a different Farmers agency located nearby, the Terry Fredrick agency, and they did not pose any issues. I was not required to provide a copy of my ID or any additional documentation; I simply furnished the necessary information to establish my new policy. I advise against trusting the Saucedo Agency, as their conduct raises concerns.
