5 /5 Darian Gilliam: I have been dealing with Allstate for many years now, but the experience with Kevin Cross by far has been the best! I was in the process of buying a home, turning another property into a landlord policy, and changing something to my auto policy. Kevin was super helpful and thoughtful of my time so I received all my information through email to sign and he followed up with me each step of the way! If I could get 10 stars I would bc when it comes to insurance companies I have always felt like they try and get what they can from you, but with Kevin, it was about helping the customer make the best decisions.
