Miya Stallings-Martinez I had a wonderful experience at Melissa Nails and Spa! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. My full set and pedicure turned out beautifully, with a great selection of colors and nail art. Their hygiene practices were impressive, making me feel safe and pampered. I highly recommend Melissa Nails and Spa. Cant wait to go back!

christina s. Terrible customer service and I will never return ! I was told to sit and wait with no wait time provided . I waited 20 minutes then got this lady with a terrible attitude mad because she couldn’t figure out how to match my acrylic color for a fill in . She brings me 2 different powders and wants me to decide which powder she should use . She remove my acrylic down to the middle because she said it was lifting . When she applied the new powder she couldn’t do it smooth enough to blend then began to blame me . First it was o your nails were lifting , then it was o let’s jus paint the whole nail so you won’t see the line . It was a line in every single nail ! Then I ask will the line fade as she does she does the rest of the blending and she ask me WHAT LINE .THE LINE U ASKED IF I WANTED TO COVER WITH PAINT . She saw me look at my nails and shake my head a bit n gets all loud and says IM NOT PAINTING YOUR NAILS YOUR NOT HAPPY . I was suppose to get French tips but she wouldn’t finish .then proceed to put base coat as my top coat on my right hand and top coat on my left to rush me out the shop . I ask so since u have an attitude your not going to paint them with top coat correctly ?? She screams ITS THE SAME THING . I ask her wats her attitude about while she so busy throwing me out of the shop over her little attitude ! And she says IM NOT UPSET IM NEVER UPSET . I can’t tell ! So tired of them coming to our neighborhoods with bad customer service and wanting our hard earned money ! Terrible experience. She cannot do nails at all ! Beware of this bad attitude lady who wants you to be happy when she can’t do her job correctly! And let’s not mention how many times she got up wandering around the shop . Edit : found out her name is Melissa the disgusting attitude owner who cannot do nails. Attitude definitely matches her appearance!

Chy Very clean, welcoming, and warming. Melissa and her staff are so sweet, she always does my nails never had an issue. They get you in a chair as soon as coming in and I always come back!

Sarah White Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Reasonable prices. Hannah is absolute amazing with complicated designs ! Larry always does a wonderful job on gel nails , great shape and even fill. I constantly get compliments on my nails . Its like wearing a piece of art on my body. Pedicures are heavenly ! Strongly recommend the paraffin wax option. My daughter and i wont go anywhere else .

Kristie Stracke Went today for a pedicure and havent been to this location in years. I have to say this one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. Older gentlemen named David did mine and was very pleased with everything. He did not rush thru it and did an awesome job. I will be returning soon!

darii the nail tech cut me with a drill and did my nails DESPICABLE the french tips are not french tipping and i hate it i asked for a square shape and instead of giving me what I WANTED she had to suggest her opinion and give me oval nails

Christy Denton-Morse I went here with my mom and daughter for mani/pedis on a Wednesday night. My mom had been there before and had a good experience. The staff recognised her, and remembered she had animals, etc. The man was very nice and professional with my 10 yo, and did a really good job on her little nails! He really treated her like a client, not just a little kid! The young lady that did my nails (regular polish) shaped and painted them PERFECT! I also have a bad toenail and the lady that did my pedicure did a little surgury on it so it grows out right. (Thats how I know the salon is legit.) Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and the attention to detail. The experience was incredibly relaxing, starting with the soothing massage chairs that made me feel completely at ease. They also offered a wonderful herbal bowl to soak my feet in, which was so calming and refreshing. One of the highlights for me was the hand warmers—they really added a special touch that I hadn’t experienced at other salons. Not to mention, Sarah did an excellent job of getting rid of all my callouses, leaving my feet feeling smooth and rejuvenated. Whether youre a local or just passing through Jonesboro, I highly recommend stopping by this salon for a truly relaxing and pampering experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself.

Martha Pierce Sara and Allen are two of my favorite people in my world! The upgrades they did on the salon are beautiful- I have to remind myself that I am still in Jonesboro. They always do great work, the salon is spotless, and everyone is so friendly.

Janelle Roberts I visited Golden Nails in Jonesboro, Georgia, yesterday and was very disappointed with my experience. I clearly communicated that I wanted all my nails to be the same size and length. While I usually go for S&S, I decided to try gel nails in several colors to match the shade on my toes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted, so the technician suggested a yellow shade that looked pretty in the bottle. However, when she started applying it, the color turned out to be very light. She ended up applying three coats, yet it was still sheer and you could see through it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she pretended not to understand English. Overall, my experience at Golden Nails was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would recommend avoiding this salon at all costs if youre looking for quality service and professionalism.

Dezjah Monique I would not recommend getting sns service at this salon. I got my nails done on a Monday and 2 days later, every finger on my right hand were chipped and cracked off. I’ve never experienced this before and the technician said to me that it’s basically my fault my nails look that way, since I type at work… meanwhile I’ve gotten sns for years with the same job no issue. He did attempt to redo my fingers but it was a rushed job. My nails were filed, and the white particles from filing were stuck in the top coat of the finished looked, he cut 2 of my fingers from filing to hard and carelessly, and he caked the sns on top of my nail leaving the color to cure around the edges of all my fingers. It was very sloppy, and no accountability in this entire process was taken. He took multiple phone calls and left the table during one in particular for a period of time which ultimately left me disappointed in this service. I will not be back.

Nora Starks My first time visiting was today (5/3/25). Sophia did a great job on my gel manicure. She took her time and was thorough. Great prices, fully staffed, complimentary water and movies. I will be back and highly recommend.

A W I have been coming to this shop for years, and now I know why I originally stopped coming. Two weeks ago a young man did a horrible job on my nails and was rude during the process. Not to mention he yanked my nails off and even caused me to bleed. And clip and tossed my nails that landed in my hair. Like a fool I waited two weeks to come back and this is the results. Not smooth. One nail longer than the other. Didn’t clean or file. Just threw the fill in on and sent me on my way. Never again will I return

JJIMMIE PRODUCTIONS A pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. When I first entered, no staff was up front, but it wasnt long before I received a warm greeting. The gentleman asked all the right questions and kept those waiting updated on their status in line. Kim, the nail technician, was quiet but very knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job at making my nails look natural. I highly recommend getting your manicure and pedicure done here.

Chevy Wilson She was definitely a gem to work with today. Very informative and honest on the work I need moving forward with letting someone else install my starter loc. Even took the extra time after thinking it would be only a basic restyle. Will definitely be back, I already booked a consultation to fix all mistakes!!!

She really cares about your hair and suggested the products I should be using because the front of my hair is thinning. I highly recommend her. She even offered snacks and drinks. Beautiful personality, very clean establishment. My first time there and I have already scheduled my maintenance.

Vivian Collier I went in to have a nail fixed and my eyebrows done however, I was talked into getting more done. I was very happy for my nails. I’ll post a picture and I was happy with my eyebrows, but the lady who done my eyelashes the eyelashes literally came off the next morning, which was ours later, no refund can’t come back to have them fixed because I do not live there,. They refused to do a refund so money thrown away they are very expensive as well

Shay Starr The place has been upgraded which is good for business. How ever it is exactly too bright and warmer than usual. The nail tech cut my foot filling it way too hard. I mean he did stop the bleeding. However it left my heal sore for two weeks and I could not wear shoes. And I was still charged full price. I may not be returning. The customer service has changed a lot over the year. Idk if it’s due to the high demand or if the customer are rude. But you should remain professional at all times.

Gene Valdez Came in as a walk in looking to get a basic pedicure and a full set. I had two ladies working at the same time which was grey and cut my Time in half! Both ladies did so good I will be returning as a regular. Great prices and great customer service

Ishyana Maddox Giving it 1 stars because I’m usually a regular here. I went on 4/6/25 around 6 in the afternoon. The older guy who did my toes seemed as if he was in a rush to finish them. Went in to get my toe polish changed and soak off of my dip set on my nails and a new dip set. I asked for matching dip color and toe polish and I chose a pink color. He rushed through my toes, barely shaping them and cutting too much skin on my cuticle area causing it to bleed. He was rushing so much that there was polish flooding my cuticle area on majority of my toes. When I said something he kept saying “later, I’ll file them later”. Nothing changed though and my toes look terrible. As if that wasn’t bad enough he did my nails as well. I wanted my nails to be short and square. They look very rounded and not square enough. He didn’t really shape them at all and rushed through those as well. To make matters worse, the color on my nails and on my toes are 2 completely different colors. My nails look like a baby pink and toes are a darker pink. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

Brooklyn Sullins I’ve been going to this place for a couple months now and I’m in love with it! They are always super sweet and give me exactly what I ask for. Today I got nails that were out of my comfort zone but I gave the nail tech Leo free to do whatever he thought would look best that looked somewhat to my reference photo. He did such a good job and made sure each mail was precise and what I liked. In the end I was absolutely in love with them! I would definitely recommend Leo! Also my little sister who is 5 got a pedicure and a manicure with me was in love with hers, the man who did hers idk if he was the manager or owner or not but he was so sweet to her and was patient and made her comfortable. She just laughed and was giggly the whole time. My mom also got her nails done and she was in love with hers. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone they are so sweet and definitely kid friendly. If you have high expectations for nails and service expect exactly that when you arrive! I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Also these pictures do not do them justice!

Leah Hon This is very hard for me because Cindy is an amazing talent. Anyone who knows me knows that Ive always been a HUGE supporter of Cindy and her business. When she first moved I was there every two weeks and recruiting anyone that would listen. Now her business has taken off and Im super proud for her but my last five appointments she has either forgotten about me or rescheduled. I work second shift and time is important to me and I feel like there is a respect that has been lost. I had an appointment today at 11 and at 9am there started the calls if I could come later. It really was the last straw. Instead of the Im sorry Ill do better it was Im sorry youre hurt. Like it was my fault Im offended that this has become a pattern. Her time is important, thats why Im always on time and show her respect. I understand things come up and appointments need to be rescheduled sometimes but every time is unacceptable. My time is important too. Dont go here if you want to have your appointments honored. This sounds personal and I guess it kind of is. I have been a LOYAL customer for years. Im leaving my old review to be fair but the lack of respect for customers time is unacceptable. Please do better. Cindy Nails is the best nail salon in Jonesboro. Cindy is the only one that does my nails so they last and look great for weeks. They never break. I will never go anyway else for manicures and pedicures!

Tracy Poole Had my nails done here today for my son’s wedding. I’ve only had a professional manicure once before and never acrylics. They were so sweet and helpful, because i really had no idea what to even ask for. I just knew i wanted them pretty and longer for the wedding. They turned out more beautiful than I could have ever expected. The ring finger nails had a pretty gold floral design that she hand drew. I’ve had people comment on them all day.

Brynn L Cindy just recently opened up her new salon in the space next to Five Guys burgers, and I’m so excited for her! I have been using Cindy for a few years now, and I couldn’t imagine going to any one else. She is the best and always knows exactly what I want, even if I don’t know what I want for my nails! She works so hard, and I highly recommend her and her team at Cindy Nails!
