My full set and pedicure turned out beautifully, with a great selection of colors and nail art. Their hygiene practices were impressive, making me feel safe and pampered. I highly recommend Melissa Nails and Spa. Cant wait to go back!
    1 /5 christina s.: Terrible customer service and I will never return ! I was told to sit and wait with no wait time provided . I waited 20 minutes then got this lady with a terrible attitude mad because she couldn’t figure out how to match my acrylic color for a fill in . She brings me 2 different powders and wants me to decide which powder she should use . She remove my acrylic down to the middle because she said it was lifting . When she applied the new powder she couldn’t do it smooth enough to blend then began to blame me . First it was o your nails were lifting , then it was o let’s jus paint the whole nail so you won’t see the line . It was a line in every single nail ! Then I ask will the line fade as she does she does the rest of the blending and she ask me WHAT LINE .THE LINE U ASKED IF I WANTED TO COVER WITH PAINT . She saw me look at my nails and shake my head a bit n gets all loud and says IM NOT PAINTING YOUR NAILS YOUR NOT HAPPY . I was suppose to get French tips but she wouldn’t finish .then proceed to put base coat as my top coat on my right hand and top coat on my left to rush me out the shop . I ask so since u have an attitude your not going to paint them with top coat correctly ?? She screams ITS THE SAME THING . I ask her wats her attitude about while she so busy throwing me out of the shop over her little attitude ! And she says IM NOT UPSET IM NEVER UPSET . I can’t tell ! So tired of them coming to our neighborhoods with bad customer service and wanting our hard earned money ! Terrible experience. She cannot do nails at all ! Beware of this bad attitude lady who wants you to be happy when she can’t do her job correctly! And let’s not mention how many times she got up wandering around the shop . Edit : found out her name is Melissa the disgusting attitude owner who cannot do nails. Attitude definitely matches her appearance!
    5 /5 Chy: Very clean, welcoming, and warming. Melissa and her staff are so sweet, she always does my nails never had an issue. They get you in a chair as soon as coming in and I always come back!
    4 /5 Sasha Campbell: Very clean and welcoming. I came here as a backup due to the water outage in the city, and Im glad I found this gem. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the extra $15 for the deluxe spa pedicure that includes a massage wasnt worth it because I did get it at all. The service was great, I just know next time to get just a regular pedicure.

I recently treated myself to a full‑set and a spa pedicure at this salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the space was spotless and beautifully organized—every surface gleamed, the pedicure stations smelled fresh, and the manicure area felt bright and welcoming. The team greeted me with genuine smiles and promptly offered me a drink before getting started. Every time I get a VIP Spa Pedicure: The footbath was warm and invigorating, enhanced by a gentle peppermint soak that felt instantly soothing. My technician followed with a thorough scrub and hydrating mask, then a relaxing calf and foot massage that truly eased the tension in my legs. My heels feel softer than they have in years. My experience Staff & Atmosphere: Every single person I encountered was cheerful and attentive—checking in on my comfort, explaining each step, and even offering a light snack. The playlist was upbeat but not overwhelming, and the overall vibe is one of calm professionalism. Love this place !! Highly recommend always ❤️ Eric is amazing & Owen is amazing for pedicures

She works so hard to make sure all that I want is to my expectations. & lowkey I be picky and a perfectionist and she STILL gets it all right. She really cares about her clients and always makes for good conversation. She remembers what I like and also gets my feet so soft and cute when I come back for a pedicure. My coworkers ALWAYS compliment my nails and as a teacher, my students LOVEE whenever I get a new set. Strangers will even compliment me. I’m for sure loyal to Tink. You will not regret her service.

    Zada James: Let me start by saying the location and ambiance feels very luxe. I went as a walk in first thing in the morning& even tho they had appointments, they were able to get me and my son. My pedicure by Santos was amazing, clean and precise, plus she was super sweet. Lynn who did my Gel-X set was amazing!! I highly recommend her.. the mani she gave prior to doing my nails let me know she was a wonderful nail tech!! They can get pricey.. but an exceptional job is what your gonna get. I’m definitely going back!

    Tia Walker: I was trying to find a nail shop in the area and ran across this one. I felt like I had been overcharged but didn’t think of it as a big deal because it was my birthday weekend and I needed my nails done ASAP. Two days after my nails were done, one of them popped off. I wasn’t doing anything but it literally chipped away at the cuticle and came off. I have had a full set in the past and have never experienced that. I called the place and I told them. They said that they do not do refunds. All I wanted was my nails fixed. I didn’t want a refund. They then said I needed to come in and they would fix them. I did exactly just that and then was told that they couldn’t fix them. I told them that I was told over the phone that they could fix them. The lady who did the acted as if she didn’t remember doing my nails, even though I knew it was her who did them. She said that I should have came back next day, which I then said that they started popping off two days after I got them done. I ended up leaving frustrated because they all kept staring at making me feel uncomfortable. I paid a total of $130 for both my pedicure and nails. $90 alone for just my nails. The customer service was terrible. She literally rushed through and did my nails. The lack of communication was very disrespectful and dishonest. These people only want money and not a satisfied customer.

They worked on my hands & feet simultaneously, another plus because it was done with precision & no rushing through it. They service a really tasty juice as soon as you sit down. Everyone was nice & prices are comparable to other salons.

    Bianca McMullen: Don’t waster your money. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the woman who did my pedicure did an amazing job. However, the man who did my manicure butchered my cuticles and cut my nails very very short. I was excited to get my nails done because I had grown them out and none of them broke. Before asking me about length he cut my nails then asked my opinion. Nothing I could do now. I decided to let it slide in hopes he would do an amazing job with my nails. One of my cuticles would not stop bleeding. The rest stung. Not to mention the coat of polish was uneven on all of my nails and most certainly needed a third coat. It hasn’t even been a week yet and my nails are already chipping. I paid $125 for a manicure that did not last and made me very unhappy. The resolution was a $15 credit for next time. I will never be going back.
