1 /5 Hannah Alexander: This was my second time here—so disappointing. I walked in wanting a simple mani pedi. As soon as I sat down the male technician kept pushing to upcharge every single thing I asked for. I left with no polish on my nails, a numb pinky finger and nails so sore it was hard to wash my hair that night. He used the drill so aggressively on my bare nail bed that it caused actual pain. My pinky finger felt numb afterward.
It’s really upsetting because the first time I came in I actually enjoyed my experience. But after today I’m not risking nerve damage for an overpriced manicure.
I was charged $35 for a “buff and shine” which I didn’t even ask for. I assumed the cost would cover removing the gel from one finger ($5), a manicure that wasn’t even done ($25) and the buff and shine ($10).
So if you want to pay $35 dollars for a painful experience go here and for your nails to look bad still go here. Not to mention them being extremely RUDE.
