1 /5 K B: I really wanted to like this place because it’s convenient and I know they have a loyal following, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This was the first time I’ve ever left a nail salon feeling embarrassed by how my nails looked. The work was uneven and far too thick—and to make matters worse, it was done by the owner. When I politely pointed it out, she became defensive rather than receptive.
The pedicure was nicely done, but overall, the experience felt rushed. Lynn was juggling too many things at once, which affected the quality of the service. I won’t be returning. Many salons claim to offer Gel-X, but few actually have the skill to do it well. Sadly, this felt like $100 wasted.
