1 /5 Shundi L: The worst ever . Will never return , left that salon & went straight to another one to get them soaked off & a complete new set . Waste of money . Shape was horrible & polish was very sloppy.

1 /5 Janelle Roberts: I visited Golden Nails in Jonesboro, Georgia, yesterday and was very disappointed with my experience. I clearly communicated that I wanted all my nails to be the same size and length. While I usually go for S&S, I decided to try gel nails in several colors to match the shade on my toes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted, so the technician suggested a yellow shade that looked pretty in the bottle. However, when she started applying it, the color turned out to be very light. She ended up applying three coats, yet it was still sheer and you could see through it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she pretended not to understand English. Overall, my experience at Golden Nails was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would recommend avoiding this salon at all costs if youre looking for quality service and professionalism.

1 /5 Dezjah Monique: I would not recommend getting sns service at this salon. I got my nails done on a Monday and 2 days later, every finger on my right hand were chipped and cracked off. I’ve never experienced this before and the technician said to me that it’s basically my fault my nails look that way, since I type at work… meanwhile I’ve gotten sns for years with the same job no issue. He did attempt to redo my fingers but it was a rushed job. My nails were filed, and the white particles from filing were stuck in the top coat of the finished looked, he cut 2 of my fingers from filing to hard and carelessly, and he caked the sns on top of my nail leaving the color to cure around the edges of all my fingers. It was very sloppy, and no accountability in this entire process was taken. He took multiple phone calls and left the table during one in particular for a period of time which ultimately left me disappointed in this service. I will not be back.

3 /5 New One: Came in at 10:30 I was immediately seated, but the lady was trying to remove my the acrylic by just ripping it off with ANOTHER NAIL. Huh??? I do that at home myself….so why not soak them off? I had to ask her to soak…..which made the process a little easier. The prices were excellent & I did end up liking my nails just hated how she started me off..

1 /5 angel carr: Was seated quickly with a friend for gel polish on toes . The ladies handled our feet ruff moving them around with an attitude and aggressively . My big toe’s nail polish started to form a bubble from her not fully curing my nail correctly. I asked for my eyebrows done and for starters after doing my bestfriends feet I didn’t see her wash her hands . I specifically asked for a clean up and to not take off much hair just shape up and she snatched half my damn eyebrow off and I knew she knew she messed up because she tried to say I was moving but I’m pretty sure every one flinches a little after cloth is snatched off . She was also ruff dealing with my face ! When I saw my eyebrows were thin on one side she tried to say it was because a scar I’ve had since a child that no one ever pointed out when doing my eyebrows. Not to mention she double dipped in the wax which is not sanitary. I’m completely upset with the whole service where I was charged $25 for just gel which is usually $20 with no pedicure just paint . Also she charged $10 for everybrows which is more than I usually spend . She didn’t try to compensate nor did she take accountability for her mistakes on my eyebrows
