1 /5 CMTD: This was absolutely the very worst pedicure Ive ever had. The tech cut down my cuticles to the point where 24 hours later the skin around my big toe stings because she cut so deep. Never have I ever had a pedicure where Im saying ouch several times. She also burned me with the hot stones and use Icy hot on my legs. Very weird. I only went here because my normal shop was crowded and this one was close by. This shop was also not very clean. Im glad my tentus shot is up to date. -2 Stars

1 /5 Ericka Thomas: First time coming and I will NEVER be back. Currently sitting in the chair now getting my nails taken off. Lisa was doing my full set and refused to shape my nails how I wanted. Lisa (the manager) told me the shape I was requesting was ugly. I informed her that her comment wasn’t needed and that I wanted them reshaped. I even showed pictures and how to shape it in such and Lisa responded telling me my fingers were too fat. I always get them done like that but decided to go here because other places are closed. After I showed her how to shape it, she asked me what did I want to do and I responded telling her that she could take them off and redo it considering it was a few fingers messed up and she practically ripped my actual nails trying to take off the nails because she didn’t like the shape I wanted.

5 /5 Ashley Rose: Lisa, the NEW owner done my nails she was so sweet & professional & she done my nails exactly how I wanted them! I love them so much! It’s been a week and my nails, lashes & toes are still popping!! I’ll definitely be back to see these lovely ladies!!!

1 /5 Alexis Smith: Me and boyfriend came in for pedicure and it was the worst experience of my life, I’m not the type of person to make a scene, I realized that she wasn’t doing it right at all and I just ask her to stop .. and she didn’t down to cutting my skin and just half doing the job I took this picture right after she was done and she ask did I want oil .. ma’am you already put oil .. and it’s like when you say something to them either keep doing what you ask them not to or just act like they don’t understand.. it’s super frustrating.. I literally cried in the car on the way home .. we paid 95.00 ..

1 /5 Elyssa Robinson: Came to Lily Nail & Spa for the first time on 1/27/24 and paid to have my nails to be dipped. On Wednesday (1/31/24) the full dip polish came off in one solid piece. Took it back on 2/3/24 to show them what happened and they did offer to re do the 2 fingers but I didnt want to wait being that I had another appt. Needless to say the very next day another came off in one solid piece. At this point Im just going to have them taken off. But I will never receive service at this place again. I totally wasted my money.
