1 /5 Brii kayy: I normally go to Helen for my acrylic nails , I end up very happy and satisfied most of the time but this time I wanted to switch up so I got my lashes done from happy nails and spa, and when I went to go back to get them removed, Helen told her employee to remove my lashes, as she used VASELINE and a QTIP she began to take my lash off , when the lady begin to take the lashes off I felt the fake eyelash actually PULL AND RIP from my actually eye and real eyelashes after this PAINFUL experience was over and my lash was ripped off , I went to look in the mirror cause my eye was swollen and watery I realized my REAL EYELASHES had got ripped off during this process. My eye is swollen , red and hurts with no actual eyelashes on my eyes. DO NOT get your lashes done here.

Tiffany Wright: I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday to get SNS dip powder nails. By Wednesday, my pinky nail completely came off after lightly touching the passenger side door in my car. I’ve had enough of salons claiming to do SNS nails well, but not delivering. I returned to the shop on Wednesday and was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. A man was working on nails, but he didn’t acknowledge me when I asked if he could help. I sat down and watched him and the technician who did my nails on Saturday finish with another client and start on someone else. No one communicated when or if they’d attend to me. After waiting 35 minutes without any updates, I left. I won’t be coming back.

All of the techs are great, but I highly recommend Anne as she is very humble and ensures that you are comfortable during each visit. If you book an appointment with her, she will be sure that you are able to walk right in and sit at her table. She always do what it do when it comes to nails.

I would get my nails done again by her for something more simple. I had a nail inspo picture I wanted done, and she tried her best, but ended up getting help from one of the other ladies. I don’t mind going back to her, but only for simple designs! I was hoping to get my nails done by Amy, but I wasn’t able to. Overall I would go back, everyone was nice and good atmosphere. They also gave me a free lotion :)

I asked for my nail to be trim with same exact shape like before, and they didn’t shape it as it supposed to be (my when i came in looks like on the right) my service was classic pedicure and basic nail polish but they charged me extra $13 of the price for “add on” I asked why there’s add on they ask like they dont know english. Never Go There!!

We clearly stated our request: no extras, just gel polish with French tips. The service was as expected—nothing elaborate. But when it came time to pay, the bill was a staggering $350. I was floored. Ive had our nails done before and have never encountered such exorbitant charges. This experience felt like a blatant overcharge. We will never return to that salon. Consider this a warning: always confirm pricing upfront to avoid being taken advantage of. We will NEVER go there again!

Alei Profaci: This place is *clean*. This place is *beautiful*. The gentleman that did my nails did an amazing job. Very gentle, very meticulous used cuticle oil and lotion. The girl that did my pedicure also did an absolutely fantastic job!! 10/10. This was SO much better than my last experience at a different nail salon. I think I have found my new regular place.
