1 /5 Luvvy Lovely: First and last, first of all i ask my cuticles to not be cut and still being cut. I asked for my nail to be trim with same exact shape like before, and they didn’t shape it as it supposed to be (my when i came in looks like on the right) my service was classic pedicure and basic nail polish but they charged me extra $13 of the price for “add on” I asked why there’s add on they ask like they dont know english. Never Go There!!

1 /5 Sabrina Brown: I scheduled a appointment on May 4th. The appointment was confirmed via text messages. When I arrived they said the nail technician wasnt there. So,I had to wait for a nail technician. Finally,a nail technician came to shop. Once part of my services were completed,I spoke to the owner and showed him where 2 messages had been sent out confirming the appointment and services. I didnt bother to get the wax services that I had requested. It has been 6 days and the gel polish on 1 of my finger nails has completed lifted and came off. I definitely will not go back to Allure nail spa again. Disappointed customer

5 /5 Cindy Ophus: Great experience! Very friendly, professional salon. I did not get the name of my tech, but he did a fantastic job. I am technically bedridden with a broken back and can only be upright for limited amounts of time. I absolutely needed to get my toenails clipped, so I nervously went in for a pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable (as they did for each customer that came in). My foot and leg massage were terrific and my toes look great! I will definitely be going back for a mani as well as future pedis and additional services.

1 /5 Sherri Fisher: Ive not had a problem before today they have dine fills ins only thus far. At my last visit I was told I needed a new set, so today I walked in asked them to take off the old nails and give me a new set. Immediately after she glues on the nail tip and cuts them. I bring it to her attention that I asked for medium length nails and that she has cut them VERY short and that they were all uneven. She says she will fix it. Well Im thinking why dont you fix it BEFORE you put the acrylic/gel on it but she assures me she will fix it later. Lets fast forward! I keep mentioning the nails are short and uneven, she keeps saying she is fixing it. She never really does, they look a hot mess and once she put the polish on it I can literally see my nail bed on the side and bottom of the new set. I tell her Ive been saying since she started the nails were bad. Some older guy comes over, looks at the mess on my hand and says he also doesnt see anything wrong. Stevie Wonder could see what was wrong! So they say to resolve it they will take the nails off. I was genuinely shocked that taking the nails off was their ONLY solution. Meanwhile while I was there, another woman was at the cash register complaining about the service saying she would never be back. So 3 hours later, destroyed sore nail beds and hands looking like Im a sharecropper from the trauma. Did I mention I have a big presentation at work in the AM? So I go to CVS for press ons so I can go to work!

1 /5 Markia Thompson: The worst nail experience ever. To start, the man kept putting my fingers in boiling hot water to soak off my nails and I kept telling him how hot it was. I expressed how I didn’t like my nails. They weren’t shaped right. Instead of fixing the problem, they insisted that they couldn’t do it. I paid them $57 and left. The first picture is what they did. The second picture is a different nail shop that fixed it as best that they could without redoing it. This was an overlay. If you don’t have forms and don’t know how to properly overlay without forms. Stop offering the service.
