1 /5 Jasmine Austin: WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Nails uneven , polish all over skin, . When I mentioned how bad they were and how I wanted them fixed, the nail tech told me I was wrong, my nails were fine, he’s been doing nails a long time. I’m literally in the parking lot doing this review.

2 /5 Utibe Akpaninyie-Williams: They have poor service. I went in for a polish change and was directed to sit down at a table. The tech came to the table, but she stated she needed to eat her lunch. I get that. Go eat. She said she would go back and have someone else tend to me. No one came. I sat there for 15 minutes and just decided to get up and leave. I ended up going to another salon near my parents house. It costs nothing to communicate things to your customer. There are too many nail salons in that area alone to believe you can just treat people any type of way.

2 /5 Alyssa Jernigan: i went into star nails a little before time to close but i called and they told me that i could come in i went in and a guy did my nails which were great i loved them and i also wanted a pedicure so a different guy did my feet as he was doing my feet he was cutting me i was telling him that he was hurting me and he just continued to look at me and laugh while cutting my toe . it’s been two days and my toe has been in lots of pain . i feel that they were rushing me out of there and didn’t give me the service i paid for .

1 /5 Kieria Washington: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unprofessional Service I was excited to get a fresh set of acrylic nails, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I spent “$95”on a full set, only for them to start falling apart as soon as I got to the register. The polish wasn’t even dry when I was paying, and it ended up getting on my wallet. Now, just hours later, the polish is already falling off my nails. The service itself wasn’t rushed, but what frustrated me most was that the staff saw that my nails weren’t dry and still let me walk out without doing anything to fix it. On top of that, while I was getting my nails done, some of the staff were speaking in another language in front of me and laughing while looking at my nails, which made me feel very uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected professional service and quality work, but instead, I got nails that didn’t even last a day. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for long-lasting, well-done acrylics. This was a complete waste of money, and I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
