Deion LaChelle Chin did an AMAZING JOB on my nails! The customer service was great. Free water or soda. And he was very patient when I could not decide a color. 10/10!! Ask for Chin!!!!!

Jenasis Phinazee The staff are always so nice and they are respectful of your time. Today I got a specific nail design done and Chin took her time and they looked great, it was just what I wanted. Another thing I like about this nail shop is they always make sure you like the shape, color, and design of your nail before continuing. If you don’t like it and you want to change it they will do it for you without hesitation. I’ve been going here since 2021 and I will continue to do so.

Alei Profaci This place is *clean*. This place is *beautiful*. The gentleman that did my nails did an amazing job. Very gentle, very meticulous used cuticle oil and lotion. The girl that did my pedicure also did an absolutely fantastic job!! 10/10. This was SO much better than my last experience at a different nail salon. I think I have found my new regular place.

Alyssa Schlupp I did not catch the name of my nail tech today, but i wish i had! She was at table 9. She was so sweet, had great attention to detail and my nails have never come out this good. I usually avoid acrylics but she changed my mind! Everyone else in the shop who greeted me was nice as well. I recommend!!

Amanda Craig Tran did my nails. She did exactly what I asked for and they turned out great. She did a full manicure too, which is nice and not always offered at other places.

R D Good service and not a lot of chit chat/noise. Smelled change and they used liners in the foot bath. My polish is still good after a woile week!

Shannon Wise A $350 Mani-Pedi Shock: My Easter Salon Nightmare I want to share a cautionary tale that left me stunned and sick to my stomach. With a $50 gift card in hand, I took my two daughters (ages 8 and 11) to a local nail salon for a simple treat—gel polish with French tips on our hands and feet. We clearly stated our request: no extras, just gel polish with French tips.​ The service was as expected—nothing elaborate. But when it came time to pay, the bill was a staggering $350.​ I was floored. Ive had our nails done before and have never encountered such exorbitant charges. This experience felt like a blatant overcharge. We will never return to that salon. Consider this a warning: always confirm pricing upfront to avoid being taken advantage of.​ We will NEVER go there again!

Emmalynn M I went to this salon today, i asked for a black French tip with a red “M” (instead of the heart Shown below..) I was told that was easy and could be done. Seemed to be going great, up until he cut my thumb , saw it bleeding continued to use drill THEN wiped it with alcohol. After all of that he went to paint them. He ended up drawing a heart instead of the initial and proceeded to do a horrific job on the black French tip.. he asked if it was okay after doing one nail, I asked him to fix it cause it was jagged and half way down my nail. He looked at me in disbelief and wiped off whole nail. I said “if it’s to much trouble you can just do full black with a red “M” in ring finger. An “M” would be easier than a heart anyways right ?” He replies “ okay so full black and I’ll just get her to do the “M”.” I said okay. She come over and they talk about what I assume was the “situation” and she says “ just the “m” I replied “yes ma’am”. They talk some more and she said “oh so you changed your mind” i said “no he was having to much trouble”. He continued to then paint my nails and she painted what was supposed to be an “M” I was then charged $65! DONT RECOMMEND

Ashley Vail Had a lady named Lisa do a manicure with gel today, I have never been seen by her. Rushed through, didn’t paint like a quarter side of a few nails. After showing my sister owner said let me take a look and “tried” to fix them. After we was trying to dismiss me I told him I also had chrome then proceeded to say “be patient” and the end it was still bulky but decided to not say anything else bc he was already upset!

Luvvy Lovely First and last, first of all i ask my cuticles to not be cut and still being cut. I asked for my nail to be trim with same exact shape like before, and they didn’t shape it as it supposed to be (my when i came in looks like on the right) my service was classic pedicure and basic nail polish but they charged me extra $13 of the price for “add on” I asked why there’s add on they ask like they dont know english. Never Go There!!

Sabrina Brown I scheduled a appointment on May 4th. The appointment was confirmed via text messages. When I arrived they said the nail technician wasnt there. So,I had to wait for a nail technician. Finally,a nail technician came to shop. Once part of my services were completed,I spoke to the owner and showed him where 2 messages had been sent out confirming the appointment and services. I didnt bother to get the wax services that I had requested. It has been 6 days and the gel polish on 1 of my finger nails has completed lifted and came off. I definitely will not go back to Allure nail spa again. Disappointed customer

Cindy Ophus Great experience! Very friendly, professional salon. I did not get the name of my tech, but he did a fantastic job. I am technically bedridden with a broken back and can only be upright for limited amounts of time. I absolutely needed to get my toenails clipped, so I nervously went in for a pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable (as they did for each customer that came in). My foot and leg massage were terrific and my toes look great! I will definitely be going back for a mani as well as future pedis and additional services.

Shamri Sewell Went in for a wax and it was a great experience! I work near by so I’ve always walked past but I’m glad I finally made an appointment! Heather was my esthetician and she was awesome! She just happened to be at the front to greet me. The place is so cute, doesn’t reek of chemicals and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back

Brooke Fonder Terrell I am obsessed with Elisabeth at uptown. She is truly the most talented nail tech in town. She does the most amazing designs, and she always has great ideas for holiday/ special occasion themed nails! Elisabeth has the sweetest personality, and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Heather is also such a gem! I love going to her for my facials. Anytime I get services with Heather or Elisabeth, I always leave feeling like I just got to hang out with a friend and have a self- care day, all in one!

Reid Jamieson I normally do not post negative reviews, however, the service I received here was abysmal, especially for the price. To start, I came in for my appointment and was seen 30 minutes late, and the service lasted much longer than I have ever experienced elsewhere. My dip manicure was uneven and incorrectly applied (with specs of dirt in the cured powder). While I appreciate the tech asking if I was happy with my manicure and if I wanted to change anything, by the time the service was done all I wanted was to go home and take it off. After an almost 80 dollar manicure with tip, I left aggravated and disappointed. 5 stars to Tips and Toes though, who fixed my botched manicure for me.

Melissa Mott Philip was absolutely amazing!!! I called had an appointment within an hour to get multiple services Breaking your nail on vacation sucks! I was greeted promptly at the door with a smile and treated like a priority the entire time I even switched it up on him when I sat down to get the nails and decided to go with a cat eye, glass nail, and I could not be more thrilled with the way they turned out as a nail technician myself he nailed it!!!

DashyGamerGirl :3 I’ve came in 4 times and the last two times have been a little horrific for me. I’ve ask for my nails to be soaked off and when i get to the tech they ripped them off one hand leaving them so frail once i saw all my layers of nail i beg for my other hand to be soaked off, my new acrylics are barely holding on and my nails under are bending when i touch things now. So now my new nails wont last and i cant Soak this set off because it’s pretty much just skin now. It was painful and the tech said my pain tolerance might be low! I wont Be back ever.

Krisana Riley I had the best experience at Posh Nail Spa today. Ms. Libby offered the best customer service and I really enjoyed my time there. She immediately greeted me when I walked in the door and she is just so friendly and patient. My nails and toes are so pretty! She did a really good job! I told her my hands were aching and she recommended this wax that soothed my hands and took about 10 years off the appearance of my hands. I highly recommend Ms. Libby! Her work is unmatched!

Claudia Etemadi First time going and I enjoyed going to Jenny’s. I got my nails done by Phuong. She did a good job on the base as well as shaping my nails. I would get my nails done again by her for something more simple. I had a nail inspo picture I wanted done, and she tried her best, but ended up getting help from one of the other ladies. I don’t mind going back to her, but only for simple designs! I was hoping to get my nails done by Amy, but I wasn’t able to. Overall I would go back, everyone was nice and good atmosphere. They also gave me a free lotion :)

Amy McClellan The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice & clean. I always get dip manicures and they tend to last me several weeks, this one turned out a bit lumpy and I had two nails break within the first week. I wonder if the dip they use isn’t the best quality. Overall a good experience, but the dip quality wasn’t the best.

Kaitlyn I’ve been going to Jenny’s for over 6 months now and love it! I primarily see Amy for my acrylics. She is very talented and has great customer care. I have seen other staff for pedicures on short notice and have talked with them while in the shop, they are always very kind.

Shanita Stewart I have always enjoyed my experience and been going to Q nails for years. If you are a dedicated customer, they will eventually begin to know you by face. All of the techs are great, but I highly recommend Anne as she is very humble and ensures that you are comfortable during each visit. If you book an appointment with her, she will be sure that you are able to walk right in and sit at her table. She always do what it do when it comes to nails.

Adrianna M Not the best work sadly. I got a mani/pedi for a birthday gift to myself. Granted it was late I asked if they had enough time and they agreed. Two gentlemen worked on me. My pedi was great and color looks lovely however the color on my nails was rushed and uneven. Salon was not the cleanest and I believe they reuse tools. Beware.

Kiara Pedraza My first time coming here & I will be back! Despite calling to come in an hour before closing (after late day at work) one of the gentleman had a positive attitude and took his time! I expected to feel rushed due to timing, but that was far from reality!! $45 for a no chip pedicure (+$12tip) because they did so great!

Tiffany Wright I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday to get SNS dip powder nails. By Wednesday, my pinky nail completely came off after lightly touching the passenger side door in my car. I’ve had enough of salons claiming to do SNS nails well, but not delivering. I returned to the shop on Wednesday and was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. A man was working on nails, but he didn’t acknowledge me when I asked if he could help. I sat down and watched him and the technician who did my nails on Saturday finish with another client and start on someone else. No one communicated when or if they’d attend to me. After waiting 35 minutes without any updates, I left. I won’t be coming back.

Adia Abbott Got deluxe pedi even told her I didn’t want gel. She steady put it on anyways. Get to pay they automatically added extra $20 on top of my total. Told them I will NOT be returning again. She didn’t seem to care

They charge you and don’t explain the charge … $5 for a shaping when I asked for the same shape my nail was originally. $35 for a basic pedicure with no top coat ? this nail place is not good. Do not waste your time go to pamper!

Katelyn Bowen Second time Ive been. 1st time was so great a lady did my nails and toes did a fantastic job also brought my daughter along and so I tipped big pleasing us both! But today I have never been so disgusted and in pain from my nails. My daughter this time got the woman and I got the older man and he just was so RUDE and forceful with everything. I told him what I wanted and he did the opposite.... I fought with him on and off until I just gave up. 3 HOURS for my nails to be THICK, UNEVEN, and NOTHING that I wanted. Note: I wanted short square tip with glitter tips and pinkbase.....complete dissatisfaction. The pictures dont even show the lumps in the nails. Its horrible.

Peggy McMicken I had the best pedicure of my life. The atmosphere was so calming and gentle. The young man who gave the pedicure did such a good job I felt I had been relaxing on a beach. My aching joints calmed down. Thank you so much

Kristine Fitts I’m was in Columbus, GA. for the USTA State Championships (tennis) and was in desperate need of a pedicure before match play. I picked Lucky Nails based on their high Google review rating. By all means they deserve 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I called ahead to be sure I could be accommodated at the time that suited me. When I checked in, I was taken back right away. The salon is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was also very clean. They offer a plethora of colors to choose from which you can do while soaking. I opted for the “Champagne Pedicure” and it was fabulous. Do yourself favor and GO HERE!!!! I highly recommend Lucky snails.

Ruth Imonina I came here based off of my friends recommendation for the nail tech that she sees, and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in Columbus! Janiya did an amazing job and I came in for a fill-in and literally it looks like a brand new set! I will definitely be coming back here. They’re so reasonably priced compared to other nail shops in Columbus and they did such an amazing job and gave me the exact style that I wanted, and it came out even better than I thought! I would highly recommend them for any style nails that you want.

Chasity Johnson I have been a regular customer here for 2 years despite the fact that the first 2 nail techs I tried jacked my nails up!!! Gary fixed them and has been doing them ever since, that is until today. I got my lashes done yesterday and they fell off within hours!! This had never happened so Idk if it was old glue or what. Anyway, I came back today and explained. Gary knew because he just did my nails yesterday!!! The girl gone tell me I have to pay $15 to get them redone. Why??? I already threw the first $30 away because of yall. I am owed. Then Gary proceeds to say he’ll charge $10 this time. Whaaaaaat????? This how yall treat customers? Bet. I won’t be back. Smh…. Now I gotta find a new spot.
